Begin with a glass of champagne and a welcome amuse bouche treat, before taking appetisers that include Seared Scallops in Shellfish Bisque, Confit Goose Terrine with Spiced Fig Chutney on Duck Fat Brioche, or Mackmyra Whisky Cured Salmon with Citrus, Shiso, Daikon and Caviar.
