The annual TheFork Festival is returning, and with it, the chance to book some of the best restaurants in London. The Galvin Brothers have made quite the name for themselves as restaurateurs with their London dining locations, and the jewel in their crown is Galvin La Chapelle, their Michelin-star winning restaurant in East London’s Spitalfields. Move onto a second course of Loire valley rabbit, Denbighshire rack of lamb confit, grilled Herefordshire Côte de boeuf or line-caught Sea Bass, St. George wild mushrooms. Cinnamon Bazaar, Covent Garden

Inspired by the chaotic good of the bazaars of antiquity, updated with a polished modern fine-dining approach, Cinnamon Bazaar in Covent Garden is a critically acclaimed restaurant, home to the fragrant and the fiery. For your first course, try Baci di dama, a hazelnut biscuit with black truffle, as well as golden Beetroot tartlet with pickled walnut. Next, Tuna carpaccio with Amalfi lemon and capers, before a third course of Ricotta and Parmesan agnolotti, broad beans and mint. For the main event, feast on a Barbecue rack and belly of lamb with Isle of Wight tomato and courgette and poached Wild Sea Bass with mussels and courgette flower. The dessert phase of your tasting journey introduces Mascarpone cheesecake with black cherry and kirsch, before an Apricot soufflé with amaretti biscuit ice cream and finally, a selection of Italian cheeses on seeded cracker, with a homemade hazelnut and fig bread.
