Our first restaurant with a view is situated in no other than London’s tallest skyscraper. Aqua Shard, on Level 31 of the iconic building, is a highly sophisticated modern outfit that offers patrons 360 degree views of the city as they dine. And of course, the menu here lives up to the high standards set by the view.

Sample starters like the Red Prawns Carpaccio with Lemon oil, chilli and celery cress, or the Beef Tartare with blue radish, egg emulsion and toasted sourdough bread. The mains being served are quite the event, such as Venison Saddle with Confit chard, salt baked beetroot and pickled blackberry sauce.
