Terms of Use for TheFork Gift Cards

TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Cards”) can be used at participating TheFork restaurants and is valid for 18 months from its date of issue (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card. However, TheFork may launch marketing campaigns where Gift Cards have a validity period other than 18 months, therefore we invite you to kindly read the terms of such campaigns carefully.

The Gift Cards consist of a code and associated visual and information.

The Gift Cards value is pre-determined and cannot be changed.

There will be no replacement, reload or refund (even partial) of the Gift Cards and TheFork accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of the Gift Cards.

The Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be given to another person, provided that the Gift Card code has not previously been entered into the Application.

The Gift Cards can be redeemed against meals (food and drinks) at participating TheFork partner restaurants located in France, as well as food and drink products offered by the restaurant, when they are added to your bill, as follows:

input the Gift Card code into TheFork PAY;
book a participating restaurant on thefork.it or the app (the “Platform”);
enjoy your meal...and maybe add a bottle of that great wine or olive oil you just tasted to takeaway;
pay the bill with TheFork PAY - if The Gift Card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the balance with a credit card saved in TheFork PAY or with any other suitable payment method.

Participating restaurants can be selected on the Platform, using the “Gift Card” filter.

The Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette SAS (trading as TheFork).

The Gift Cards cannot be used in any other manner or for anything other than as provided in these Conditions of Use.

The purchase of a Gift Card does not result in any attribution of Yums.

TheFork reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Conditions of Use are applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
