9/10The food was wonderful. Light, varied, excellent taste as well as visual. The service was helpful and non-intrusive. The only drawback was the the area around us was very cold - we were fortunately sitting in the sunshine through the windows, but otherwise it would have quite uncomfortable.

10/10The tearoom has a good ambiance and we were greeted immediately on arrival. Food was excellent; it’s a shame that tea was a pot of hot water and a limited supply of tea bags.

6.5/10Afternoon tea was nowhere near the one I had there 2 years ago... Sandwiches were tasteless, scones small and stale, selection of cakes poor - all in all not worth the money they charge for it!!!

10/10We enjoyed a fabulous afternoon with great company! Sarah and Domingo made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough! Tea, coffee, cakes and scones! Sandwiches and goodies in a perfect setting. Can’t wait to come back!

My sister and I came to celebrate my birthday with afternoon tea at the restaurant and had the loveliest experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful! It felt luxury without the luxury price! The food was also very tasty and presented impressively. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an afternoon tea experience.

9/10The server was lovely. There was a pre-ordered selection of dairy-free food for our lactose-intolerant guest. The signage to the 1560 room could be better with some A-frame outdoor signs to direct guests to the correct entrance. We walked all the way round to the back!

7.5/10Everything was great but perhaps switch to personal tea pots instead of giving people hot hoter and tea bags. A personal tea pot with a couple of tea bags in it would brew the tea so much better.

What a beautiful place for any kind of event. The staff are all polite and friendly. The food looked beautiful and tasty And price was very good I will definitely be going back We had a great time It was my partner birthday and he got extra cake with happy birthday written in chocolate a really special touch. My husband and I had a wonderful evening here last week. We enjoyed several cocktails and a tapas meal following a brilliant business seminar. The food was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the blue cheese and pumpkin salad and my husband said the pork belly and meatballs were divine! We enjoyed the potatas bravas and the bean stew was delicious! Highly recommend a visit - the staff are quirky too! 😁

9/10This was a lovely Prosecco afternoon tea treat for my mums birthday, so reasonably priced and the food was great the cakes were honestly so delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, even bought out a surprise cake for her and gifted a tin of biscuits which was unexpected and so lovely. There was abit of Confusion at times, a little chaotic just with staff not understanding, possibly new staff? But honestly they were all so friendly and helpful would 100% recommend for an afternoon tea, We sat out on the balcony after for some more Prosecco and a little wonder around the beautiful grounds

10/10Superb service, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more, took my mother for her 84th birthday, with my daughter and grand-daughter, beautiful surroundings, super clean, and the Afternoon Tea, was really lovely. Highly recommed! Thank you to all of the staff :)

4.5/10For a high you would think the tea selection would be good choice rather then sachees. Also I had conveyed we were veg before hand and still the choice of sandwiches was disappointing. The staff and ambience was good but those r the only positives

Lovely setting. I notified ahead that it was my husbands birthday and Zoe was kind enought to arrange a special birthday treat and complimentary prosecco. The afternoon tea was amazing. Would 100% recommend

7.5/10The food was good value and great tasting. As far as afternoon tea goes, you probably couldn't do any better for the price and it was a great way to end our weekend. We had a slight service issue but I wouldn't that let me not recommend the venue. The building itself is wonderful. All in all, it was great. We'd do it again.
