The food was stunning, beautifully presented and delicious. Customer service was top notch, I never caught the name of our waiter but he was there for our every need and we felt very looked after!

just everything from entering to leaving was memorable. the only down side was dress code. the website promotes "dress to impress", no sportswear and we even received a phone call the day before to advise on dress code however, there was more sports wear worn than a football match on a Saturday afternoon, there was even one person with red socks and blue flip flops, no dress sense what so ever. aside from this the whole experience was perfect and we have booked again in a weeks time.

Food was lovely, very tasty & a bit unusual, obviously a lot of thought & effort put in to creating the menu. Service was spot on, polite, attentive but not over the top. Lovely ambience with great views of Manchester. Would definitely dine here again.

Restaurant staff looked distracted and disinterested. Drinks order delivered incorrectly and incorrectly added alcohol to a soft drink served to one of our party who could not have alcohol due to medical issues. Really worrying as we specifically told the waiter AND double checked and he still said it didn’t have alcohol in it. Only when we refused to accept it did he check again and confirm vodka was in the soft drink. Porterhouse steaks were not cooked properly and the meat itself was not of a quality expected. Response to the above by the management was atrocious and they gave the impression they didn’t care less.

Staff was very professional ,friendly and welcoming and provided excellent service, which I appreciate..The food was average.The ambiance was a bit to loud for a restaurant setting.It felt more like being in discotheque ,which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxed dining experience .The restaurant has a beautiful view, which added a pleasant aspect to the visit..I hope this feedback helps in making improvements. I thought the food was over priced - small portions, flat iron steak cooked medium was very chewy and hard to cut/swallow, cheesecake sloppy, ambience was perfect - lively and decorated beautifully- service was great until the end - we were asked if we wanted to order more drinks and we said ‘no’ and was quickly given our bill.
