3/10Constantly pressuring us to order, not much time given and hovering. When we tried to order just starter and drinks they kicked us out for not spending enough money. Decent drinks though, and good views on the terrace. Solid DJ.

4/10A stunning location overlooking Manchester, opulent design to sink yourself into, kind and polite waiting on staff and a delicious starter. It was going so well. Then I asked for some fresh parmesan for my wild mushroom risotto, to be told that this would be an extra charge of £1.50. It cheapened the whole experience and left me feeling embarrassed for the poor staff who were made to say such an unstylish thing.

Well my experience at 20 stories was nothing but average, very limited options in menu. Waited an hour to get the table just because we were 3 minutes late to our reservation time. I would suggest people to put a ticking clock on before going there. Food tasted so bland, Just provided ketchup and mayo in the name of sauce on the side. Too pricey for the food they offer. Well on the good side interior and the view was the only thing i enjoyed there. Anyways it was a one time experience, i don't see myself going back there.

7.5/10From the greeting at the door, to the superfast lift opening into an amazing view of the city and trimmed up for Christmas it looked magical. The service was great, however there were a few items missing from the menu to start with. The food was lacklustre and tasteless. The cheese dessert consisted of 1 piece of cheese!Altough the Christmas pudding was fabulous. A great place for drinks but I wouldn't return for the food.

3/10Booked a table, arrived on time ordered our drinks on the qr code at the table, restraunt was quiet, drinks took a long time to arrive. the waitress didn’t even speak to us or look at us but you still think we should pay a gratuity for opening a bottle of beer and pouring a glass of wine!!! A very different experience to the last time we came.

7.5/10The welcome was ok, I wanted to make a call outside, but the lady on the desk was quite insistent I sit and take a seat, it was almost uncomfortable, she said it so many times. The food was great, the prawns came very quickly and were delicious. The main was great too. We were too full for dessert but asked for some chocolates with our pot of tea and were told that wasn’t possible. It was disappointing, and would be a nice touch to have some available. It also took a long time to get the bill, however the lady serving was very polite and helpful

9/10A good choice of dishes on the menu. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. However the choice of sides was limited and somewhat overpriced. Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a great setting with amazing views. Fantastic for a special occasion.

6.5/10While the level of hospitality was exceptional—a huge shout-out to the hosting and waiting team for delivering truly "above and beyond" service—the food, unfortunately, was a bit disappointing. The scallops were under-seasoned, the bass was somewhat bland, and the greens were undercooked. Given your reputation, I had expected more flavor, though I can only assume it was a one-off. I intended to pass this feedback to the team in person, but after the meal, I had to move around, and by the time the bill arrived, I didn’t have the chance. This certainly won’t stop me from visiting your establishment again, but I wanted to provide this honest feedback for your review.

10/10Meet a friend's Son there for lunch was perfect setting, it was a clear day so the views were amazing. The food and drinks were perfect and my Friend's was very happy to have lunch there. A treat for him for his birthday. Thank you to everyone that day.

5/10We had a reservation at 20 stories for my son's 21st birthday. Unfortunately the food on the menu wasn't available. Which was disappointing as we had reserved in advance. Not much was done to meet our needs it did spoil our day . As we travelled from Yorkshire.
