3.5/10Not a welcoming experience on entering the restaurant. Man behind bar if you could call it that was very untidy. Food was ok but nothing special. An old heater in the middle of room not a grat look. Finally the toilets were a disgrace, toilet seat broken and dirty, black bags covering the ceiling, toilet roll holder hanging of the wall. Overall very disappointing.

9/10Restaurant could be modernised and decorated however the food is to die for. Everything fresh and the curries were excellent. Service was good and there was training of new staff which they were shadowed and all staff were happy and lovely to talk to. Will be back ????

9.5/10The food, as always, was excellent. It was good to see the restaurant was busy again but this did impact slightly on the service. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend the restaurant to family and friends and we will be back again soon.

10/10Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. Very extensive menu. Dishes are always well presented and delicious. An excellent range of wines to compliment. The staff are very attentive and friendly. A very well run establishment, well worth a visit.

9.5/10Up some stairs to the restaurant which is quite small but cosy and friendly. A lovely welcome and we were looked after very well. It’s not a plush, fancy restaurant but the food is outstanding and generously portioned. The lentil curry which comes with the tikka dishes was utterly delicious- the lamb was cooked to perfection and the whole meal was the best we have had in a long time. Highly recommended to any good food lovers - we will be going back for sure!

9/10We were the only dinners (it was very early) so we had one on one survive which was nice. The food was as always, excellent, and very reasonably priced.
