9/10Sought a little Saturday lunchtime restaurant away from the bustle of Central Brighton and was not disappointed. This is a small friendly Turkish eatery, approximately a 15-minute walk from Brighton Station, not too busy but full enough to instil enough confidence. Meatballs a roasted veg to start and Lamb chops and fish for mains, all polished off without complaint although far too many chips. Lovely service,

10/10The food was amazing. The lamb can't describe in words how good it was. The guy serving us was friendly and informative, really nice made us feel very comfortable and looked after. Definitely recommend.

10/10The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was our first visit and a pre show meal at the Brighton Centre and perfectly situated. We had the mixed souvlaki and it was delicious.

10/10This was our first time visiting the Adelfia - having looked at previous reviews, we were not disappointed, Staff were polite not intrusive made recommendations which didn't disappoint, the food was excellent. At know point were we rushed throughout our meal. Definitely recommend

About the restaurant
Adelfia translated into English means brothers, and here you will find two brothers dream of opening a restaurant to give the people of England a taste of their fathers authentic Greek cooking which they grew up eating, and fell in love with.
The journey started back when Yiannis and Andreas were only 14 and 15 years old, working front of house and in the kitchen of their fathers restaurant, learning all about traditional Greek cooking, wines and culture. In 2016 with the help of all the family and their amazing team, the dream came alive and they graciously invite you to come and try a true Greek experience at their family-run restaurant in Brighton.
