9/10Lovely restaurant. We have eaten here a few times. Atmosphere great and staff attentive. Food is nicely cooked and good portions. Only negative were the chips, not as good as on previous visits. Would recommend eating out at this establishment.

10/10This was our first visit and the food was fantastic as was the service. We had a lovely time and will be going again. All very fresh. One of the waitresses was singing along to the music in Greek. There was a great atmosphere.

Hi thanks for the review. We checked with you how your food was to which you replied it was great. Also at the end of the meal when we came to take payment you also said how you enjoyed everything. We also changed one of the dishes you ordered because you ordered incorrectly. Please can you let us know how everything including the service was bad? Just to add you also turned up for the booking 20 minutes late to which we still were accommodating even though we were fully booked. In future to whatever restaurant you go to if you have a problem you should let the staff no before eating all the food 👍🏽

8/10Overall a pleasant dinner , my wife's grilled fish was excellent , and my grilled chicken salad was good , if not outstanding . Overall , especially for the price point a nice evening out and would definitely recommend to others

9/10Very nice food and good value for money. Just a little too salty for my taste, but we will definitely go back and try different things on the menu. Music could have been a little lower in volume, but not annoying. Ambience very good, staff friendly and cheerful. A happy place.

10/10We went for the Kleftika, which was really tasty and rounded this off (after a rest) with one of the traditional desserts on the menu. The house wine was very good and the service was friendly and attentive. Don't be put off by the appearance of the rest of the street - once you are in Adelfia the decor and ambience transports you to your own little corner of Greece.

7/10Couldn’t fault the friendliness and service. However the food was not has nice has we had thought or read in reviews. Calamari starter was slightly overcooked and our pork gyros was under cooked and look anaemic. Mine was quit fatty and rubbery, when I prefer it a lot crispier. Shame.

10/10what a wonderful dining experience. Lovely restaurant with a great menu. Food delicious and well presented. Quality ingredients, great value and unreservedly recommended. Dined with my best friend but could also have dined with significant other, perfect for groups too.

8/10Food excellent, service super super speedy. Only criticism would be that it lacked a little ambience. Friday night but very quiet, no gentle background music. Almost wanted to whisper throughout conversation. Having said that, I would return for the food.

9.5/10We are visiting Brighton and didn't have a plan of where we wanted to eat. We found Adelfia on trip advisor and thought we'd give it a try. What a find. The food was excellent and authentic and very good value for money. I would highly recommend the restaurant.
