About the restaurant

On the ground floor of the hotel, Zephyr's bar & grill offers relaxed dining with a unique backdrop. Floor to ceiling windows offer big views over our lagoon, so you can watch surfers catch rolling waves as you eat. It also has a large outdoor dining terrace.

We're proud to work closely with local dairies, breweries, distillers and farms, and our menus are packed with delicious ingredients fresh from the rivers, coast and farms on our doorstep.

Our talented chefs are passionate about high quality, seasonal ingredients, and everything is freshly prepared in our kitchens. We cater for all dietary needs and preferences.
