The afternoon tea is wonderful and I highly recommend it. The bread used for the smoked salmon sandwich was particularly soft and the sandwiches perfectly seasoned. The scones were perfection - couldn’t be any better! And they offer you a refill of the sandwiches and scones if you can manage (we couldn’t only because they were already very generous the first round)! The lemon and violet chouchous were the star of the sweets section. You can choose as many teas as you want - how amazing is that! The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. They even brought out a lovely cake to celebrate my birthday! A really nice touch - thank you for making me feel so special!

Really glad they have a savoury afternoon tea option. Everything tastes good and it’s the first time I finished everything in an afternoon tea! Staff were very friendly and observant and I felt well taken care of. Hotel decor very cool too but no view where the afternoon tea is served. Overall Highly recommend !!

The staff we're pleasant and helpful the food, I didn’t enjoy too much. I found the sweet stuff too sweet. The sandwiches felt like they had been left outside as the bread felt stale outside. I didn’t find this to be very for money.

The booking was a disaster. When we arrived we were told there was no booking but when shown the email confirmation they reluctantly gave us a table although the restaurant was almost empty. Tea was provided although the cakes were not very fresh. The waitress, Amanda, was helpful and did her best.

So good to have a full vegan tea option too, including a very delicious vegan cream - much appreciated! A really lovely experience overall even if some of regular versions were a little too sweet for my partner, but that is a personal opinion; tasty sandwich fillings for both and a good range of teas. The staff were really polite and we didn’t feel rushed.

We had been before COVID, but would not go again. First lot of sandwiches were dry on top, so they had been prepared and sitting out waiting for service. Staff not attentive and we waited to catch attention when we wanted more tea. Other patrons are not asked to keep phones on silent. A couple nearby were watching videos on their phones without challenge, which together with the dry sandwiches rather ruined the experience.

Nice afternoon tea but it wasn't clear from the website that only the Christmas afternoon tea menu was available. The refills for the bottomless prosecco were a bit slow and we ended up with 3 glasses during the time that we were there, whilst our glass was empty the majority of the time. Despite this, overall the quality of the food and tea served was good.

Fabulous vegan afternoon tea!!A birthday present from my son. We were welcome by a lovely doorman who took us to the restaurant. We were then greeted and taken to our table. Everything was spot-on, service amazing, food excellent, and such a wonderful variety of beautiful teas - I’d highly recommend it.

All the staff were professional and helpful, from the doorman to the reception to the restaurant. Piotr, who served us afternoon tea, was especially solicitous and charming, as adapted to one of my guest's special dietary restriction, ensuring that she received a satisfactory replacement to the menu. Outstanding care and service.

Attentive but discrete service, always with a smile and time for conversation. This is somewhere to go for a delicious yet relaxed afternoon tea. No airs and graces, just a perfect afternoon tea is a wonderful atmosphere

I thought a 25 minute wait for sandwiches was far too long they must have come out of fridge very cold no real flavour.A pot of jam supplied had already been used the Tea was the best thing about the meal .I wont be back

I have been here for afternoon tea a number of times over the years, this time I was fairly disappointed as there was less sandwiches in comparison to the other times we have been, price has increased too
