The afternoon tea food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The tea & coffee were ok though a little tasteless. The service was a bit lacking; the staff were friendly but not very attentive. Our food arrived about 45 minutes after we sat down.

Food was ok but very slow service, environment was messy (tables not cleared for hours, crumbs on chairs), had to ask for several things eg. milk to accompany the tea that was brought over. The server seemed to be working basically alone despite not looking like he knew what he was doing or had any sense of urgency to serve customers, tidy up etc
