5/10The environment was not what I expected for. The food was ok or even barely ok. Desserts were not tasteful. The sandwiches were eatable. I would not go there again.

10/10What great staff and service you have! A birthday card was given to my mother for her 70th birthday and each staff member wrote her a little note inside. Such a lovely surprise and the man who waited on our table (sorry I have forgotten his name) was exceptional. I would recommend highly! What a lovely experience!

10/10Amazing food. It was a great location tucked away from the madness of the west end. I will certainly come here again.

4.5/10Apart from the tea and the scones, which were alright but not exceptional, all the rest was well below the average level of an afternoon tea. The finger sandwiches were worse than what you can get from any M&S and the pastries looked dreary. The service was terrible, I actually had to organise the space on the table myself, the waiter seemed really incompetent and ignored me staring at a screen doing nothing for well over ten minutes when I tried to get some more clotted cream from him. When we left, he apparently let the tray with our cups etc fall and there was a horrible noise while we were trying to get our umbrellas from the also incompetent bellboy. Don’t go!

10/10Cosy experience, the afternoon tea was served in the small lounge area which was very comfortable. The service was excellent. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious- and ended taking some home in a goody bag.

9.5/10The place was a great experience and a perfect find for Christmas! The staff was super welcoming and the service was superb. We loved the attention to detail - how the dishes were designed and presented along with the whole atmosphere. We'll definitely love to go again.

10/10We had an exceptional afternoon tea. The food quality was high and I loved the non-sweet at all, amazing deserts. Very fresh ingredients, lovely atmosphere and very good and friendly service. A lovely Christmas Afternoon Tea.

9.5/10A nice intimate place to have tea. The flavours and freshness of the food were excellent. The pastry chef is superb at his or her job. The staff were very kind and helpful considering that we arrived very damp and rather early, and on an extrememly busy day. They welcomed us in, and it all went very smoothly.

9.5/10Great location, and the food was outstanding! Something to improve: we left the hotel after paying, but at till was made a mistake and we paid the wrong bill, however when we were already outside, they called us back, turning on the alarm. Everyone was looking at us and we felt very uncomfortable. Not a problem if we had to pay again but maybe next time, you should pay more attention at the till or simply call the customer back instead of actioning the alarm and treating us like we were running away without paying…
