10/10The restaurant was exquisite and the staff made one feel like royalty. The Chocolate Chilli white tea was a find. We loved the entire experience and it was one of the highlights of our vacation in London.

10/10Lovely hotel. Afternoon Tea was superb. I do think that a rule needs to be implemented on the use of mobile phones, especially Face Timing. It's a bit rude on your fellow diners.

8/10The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Food was just ok. Aesthetics of the food was excellent. Great assortment of teas to choose from. We were not served scones with tea and had to ask for them to go which was kind of disappointing. Experience was wonderful but pricey for what you actually get.

8/10Very nice setting and overall friendly and attentive staff. Just a few minor niggles considering its reputation e.g. no change of plates for savoury/sweet, no offers to top up tap water and also other tables were served chocolates with their bill which we did not. Savoury course was delicious as were the scones but felt pastries were all bit similar in texture i.e creamy/mousse would have been good to have some for of biscuit or meringue to have variety.

10/10While the restaurant was lovely and the experience most enjoyable, it was disappointing that the restaurant did not know about the complimentary glass of champagne which was supposed to be included in the offer. I was careful to ensure that I entered the correct information in the booking form, so this could not have been the issue.

10/10The spring meadow theme was indeed very refreshing. Perfectly blended tea and citrus flavour cakes. Light and not too sweet. Sandwiches was moist.

So yummy and you get extra sandwiches if you want themp My ONLY negatives were that your asked if you would like water (I assumed it was complimentary) however we were charged £7 and there is also a hefty service charged added too!! The staff are very friendly and location is beautiful!!

9/10What a lovely setting, felt we were in a movie. Luxury, great staff and service, lovely chosen and prepared food. All great! What could even be a bit better is adding some more non-sugar dishes. Had a great time! Would definitely recommend.

8.5/10This was a lovely experience being huge Bridgerton fans. The cakes were well presented and named after characters of the show, and the Bridgerton blend tea was delicious! Would definitely recommend and we would return to the Lanesborough for some more afternoon tea.

10/10From the moment the doorman opens the doors for you the whole experience is one of extravagance and celebration. The service was amazing….we were served by 9 different people and they were all attentive, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was superb, we tried 4 types of tea and the cocktails hit the spot. Fantastic value for an experience you’ll always remember

10/10The Bridgerton themed Afternoon Tea at the Lanesborough was a really special treat. The Grill restaurant area is beautiful and completely fits the theme. All the Lanesborough team were so attentive and helpful, particularly Nuno who looked after us all afternoon. The food and drinks were first class, and presentation was impeccable. Probably the best afternoon tea experience I have had and will definitely re-visit.

8.5/10A beautiful setting for an afternoon tea with a very relaxing and luxurious ambience. The cakes and pastries were excellent, and not too sweet. The teas are lovely, a good range but not the biggest of the London afternoon tea. The sandwiches and scones were good. Service was also good.

10/10I brought one of my good friends for afternoon tea at the Lanesborough as a pre wedding treat and we both had the most amaing experience. The sandwiches and cakes were a delight, the teas were amazing (we both loved the white chocolate chilly tea..I highly recommend it!) and the staff were amazing. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door and it is just breathtaking inside. Such a wonderful experience and 100% worth every penny.

10/10We enjoyed the whole experience with excellent food in a lovely environment. Some of the cakes were a little too sweet but the sandwiches and scones were excellent. The tea selection brilliant and different. One of our party could not eat the cakes so a super plate of fresh fruit was provided instead. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only one issue it took several attempts to get the bill. I would highly recommend a visit.

8.5/10The service was excellent! Food was good. I guess I personally prefer the evening ambiance at this restaurant, but the advantage of being there at the daytime was the piano music.
