7/10The food was lovely. However I believe it was very over priced. For what was essentially a salad, £20 we felt was too much. No sauces available for the burger my husband had. The staff were lovely and the service was great I just wouldn't eat there again unless the prices came down

10/10The food quality is a huge improvement from last year. The service was quick, friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Had a nice breakfast, was hot, tasty and good availability of foods

9.5/10Food was nice, our server was brilliant, very friendly indeed. Only bit of feedback is that the staff that bring out the food wasn't as friendly or personable.

4/10We had a buffet style meal as part of our FitJam event. The food wasnt topped up in a timely fashion and had to ask for things to be topped up, rather than the staff realising. The food was of poor quality and there was a stone in my friends rice. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. When the waiter was told, he seemingly didnt do anything about it.

5.5/10Food quality dreadful. Tasteless and unappetising. Everything tasted of cardboard. Even the mushrooms had no taste. This is not the first time we have stayed. The food has never been great but this was the worst ever.

6.5/10We sat down in time for our meal and already had drinks when looking at the menu the food all seemed quite expensive for a family restaurant once our meals were received I was in shock at the small portion and low quality when paying top price for food a drink you expect a good size portion and well cooked quality food this is not what you get here also drinks are £7:50 a pint so overpriced aswell

5/10Not a great experience you a forced to use a qr code to order food and drink in a venue with limited phone signal no WIFI it’s very over priced food and £7.50 for a pint of beer portion size is also below average which matches the quality of the food extremely overpriced low quality and small portions £19 for a burger in a funny coloured bun and a few chips no sign of a salad or the other half of the meal

8/10Food was lovely and served fast. Our cutlery was filthy with food still on it, table had crumbs on and there was food on floor. We sent 5 knives back. But as I say the food was delicious. We have marked birthday on the reservation but there was nothing mentioned even with the birthday badge on

4/10booked 3 evening meals. first day was great.. Good service. food was reasonable for the high price.2nd day we walked out after over a hour of ordering what's the point of booking a table in advance. enquired a couple of times about the wait but no real response..it what you get when you employ teenagers. didn't show up for the 3rd booking. won't go back

6/10The staff are very nice, but unfortunately we asked three times for our drinks which arrived a long while after our food had arrived, only to be told it’s because there is a back log. You need a different system for drinks in the restaurant especially if the bar is busy. Food is nice but over priced.

2/10Had an evening booking at 845 - I also have unsean disability’s I arrived at the qu 15 minutes early to be told no o couldn’t be accommodated although there was lots of empty tables told to come back at correct time. I thought I would have to ring you. I did mention about my condition I was told I still had to queue and then was sat down and didn’t get my food for over an hour they just simply missed us although they kept saying it was coming it was coming. The food I received was horrible, when I received it eventually overall is a terrible experience Breakfast staff wasn’t too bad they’re actually very accommodating. I must say the breakfast for all that cold sausages and cooked bacon boiled scrambled eggs is the first time at the Alton Towers hotel. We’ve stayed in the splash land in the hotel before. I’m not sure if it’s all the same, but it was so much better standard over there, better quality food just very disappointed all round

3/10The whole place is a joke which is a shame as the food is ok. Our drinks took 45 mins to come out. Our mains came before our starters and one main was completely missed with no offer of making another or bringing anything out for her. The staff are confused, do not know the menu at all and are clearly stressed and overworked. From the start to finish the whole meal took 3 hours and we didn’t bother with dessert.

2/10The 1 star is purely for the lovely waitress for whom we were her first table of the evening. 3 vegans, 1 veggie, 1 choice. I'm sure it was a lovely choice, but our money is as good as anyone else's, and for £17 we don't all want to sit eating the same meal because there is no other option. Shocking really in this day and age. We did have one omni with us who was also shocked and disappointed at the lack of thought for non-corpse munchers.

9/10The food was very good but my husband was not happy as they have taken away the vending machines where you have your breakfast and replaced it with a coffee one which is absolutely disgusting, so if you want a decent coffee you have to go to Costa now which you have to pay for.

4/10The menu was very limited. Steaks were over cooked. Service - some staff were more helpful and friendly than others. Really lack of drinks options. No rose wine at all and no Stella and also the two cocktails that were asked for were not available. All in all the was expensive and underwhelming. We have eaten here before in previous years and things were much better. Hopefully they can fix this.

6.5/10Coffee machines have been replaced with urns that ran out, milk and sugar ran out too. No clean teaspoons and had to hunt down a staff member to find some.

5/10Food was mediocre at best. The restaurant was dead. Considering we could eat at either of the other on site hotel restaurants we were shocked at how empty it was. Waiters were bored. Food was overpriced. It was fine but would we chose it again? No.

2.5/10Staff were nice. Breakfast was underwhelming and cold. No temp checking of the food until we complained. What's the deal with having to 'book breakfast' this is a holiday, we aren't going to work?! This just put extra pressure on guests to get up and get ready. I tried to book but my choice on your app was I could book 2 people or 13!!! So I booked 13 as did everyone else who was in a family of more than 2, result ... bedlam. This is by far the worst place I've I have ever eaten in and ever stayed in. £300 per night when there is better quality at a premier inn. It was an absolute joke
