3/10Went for our son’s birthday, asked for a nice table was put right next to the door, it was freezing! Bar was bang behind us, waitress dropped a glass which hit our son! Half hearted apology given. Food choice basic, bao buns got all shaken up on journey down and pulled pork had gone everywhere. Really disappointing experience, expected steep prices which we wouldn’t have minded given it was a special occasion but service was appalling!

5.5/10the place "look" wise is amazing, you are definately paying for the experience rather than the food. the lady who saw is at the entrance was wonderful and managed to fit another person onto our group, however the rest of the waiting staff did let it down. we had one meal which got forgot about (katsu curry) and then later on had a further 4 desserts forgot about as well! the staff didn't seem to believe us when this happened! and we got questioned about it! so we did end up staying longer than the alotted time. smiler burger was alright, the burger itself didn't have much flavour. the bao buns and the katsu curry tasted like the bean juice from baked beans! which weren't very appetising. but my daughter did enjoy her meal and again you are mainly paying for the look of the place rather than the food.

7.5/10Food very tasty but very slow to come, some food didn't arrive, had to ask waiter about missing food, eventually food arrived after everyone else had finished eating. Nice ambience. Been before and had no issues with service, but of a hit or miss kind of place.

6/10The staff are lovely. It was just such a shame we had such a long wait for food and it all came at different times even though we ordered altogether. My eldest son had finished all his food before mine had even arrived.

7/10Two of us attended but there was a 15 min gap between when we received our main courses so the first person’s food was getting cold waiting. Staff member very helpful trying to sort it out though. Kids burger arrived with cucumber sticks underneath which had then been cooked from the heat of the hot food so we’re inedible. They need to be sent separately really.

7/10Not much food choice. Food was average but overpriced. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after we finished our meal. The place is advertised as a family restaurant but yet the ambient resembles ‘90 underground night club type place. Strobes and artificial fog are all you can see. I’m all about celebrations but also would like to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant evening meal out, the happy birthday song is played literally every 2 minutes and doesn’t really add much to an enjoyable family dinner. Lacking simple entertainment like playing a continuous music(not one and only Happy birthday song) for example.

5/10We stood around about 20minutes until we were even acknowledged that we had arrived to be greeted and seated. Once seated the app to order wouldn’t take payment. Again I had to wait around 5 minutes, after stood at the desk to be seen and order food. The food came out at separate time, adult meal first then 10 minutes later the children’s, not ideal at all. I then again had to find staff to see where our drinks order was!!! Then to finish off we order the birthday cake and teddy for my son’s tenth birthday…. the teddy arrived with no cake, you guest it, I had to go and find the staff again to speak to them. They came back to me to let me know it was stuck. When they un stuck the cake it arrived at the table; melted ice cream and mushy cake, my son was upset…. Again I had to find staff who then said they would get me some more cake! What a lovely birthday meal

5.5/10We have been to the rollercoaster restaurant a number of times, but it has gone downhill. Minimal staff so no one cleared tables until you left. We ate our deserts surrounded by used plates and canisters from the main course. On the small table around the rails, this is not acceptable. Every time someone ordered chocolate fudge cake, the birthday song came on. It happened to us and we had not requested it. This gets annoying through the meal as it happens too often. The place had smoke blown into the restaurant …. Not sure what this was supposed to achieve. The food got stuck on rails multiple times and it felt like the place needed a maintenance. The toilets were also needing maintenance with flush button missing and water damaged paint work As a family we love the concept of this restaurant and is always the first thing the kids ask to do when we plan a trip. Sadly this time we felt it wasn’t worth the money and until the place sees a little TLC, we won’t be back.

5.5/10Service was very poor considering the food is brought by the carriage. Adults food arrived much quicker than the kids meals and by the time we had all the food, we had still not received 3 of the 4 drinks we ordered despite asking twice. Would not return with younger children as they were very off put by the lighting and atmosphere of the restaurant.

5/10First course arrived fine. We were told to order desserts after as they could arrive in the wrong order. We ordered desserts, simple brownie & ice cream & white choc Oreo but after 25mins no sign, told a member of staff but still took another 15 mins to arrive. Total 45 mins, wait for dessert really wasn't great, especially with no apology for delay. App said wait time of 20 mins.

5.5/10The staff that served us weren’t overly friendly and the lady who greeted us spoke to us like we were idiots because we hadn’t been to the restaurant before. We were excited to attend the restaurant because it’s ‘different’ so had a few questions as to how the rollercoaster worked, things like alcohol and the weighted water bottle but we were made to feel like this was an inconvenience and she didn’t want to talk to us so we didn’t ask any more questions. This restaurant is exciting for those that don’t attend every day and it really took the wine off for us,

5/10Prices are understandable considering the novelty of the mini rollercoasters. However I did not enjoy paying £15 for an adults cheeseburger and chips and £8.50 for a child's cheeseburger and chips, and they were both the same size!! The only difference was 3 slices of lettuce and a lashing of burger sauce. Bit of a rip off

3/10The food was absolutely awful, tasted like microwave food. Burger was like rubber. The experience of seeing your food come down the tracks is really fun and different but the food was absolutely horrendous. The random music outbursts was also weird and very overpowering

6/10The atmosphere was fantastic, and the concept is unique and fun, especially funny when food gets stuck and you see the staff coming with a long stick to push it through. On the plus side, food was quick to arrive to your table. On the downside, the food was very minimal and not particularly tasty. I definitely wouldn’t return for the food alone. We also didn’t interact with any staff due to the QR code ordering system, and when we left, no one was at the desk to say goodbye. However, this is understandable given how busy it was so, we didn't mind. One strange choice was the birthday cake option on the menu, accompanied by a birthday song on the projector. It played at least 20 times in an hour. At first, it was fun and everyone clapped along, but after a while, it became unclear who the song was for, and it turned into an annoyance. Fun for once for the experience but on our second day we decided to go elsewhere.

7.5/10The venue itself is amazing. Food being delivered on the rollercoaster track is a sight to behold in itself. The staff in the restaurant were great and attentive. Things for me personally that could be improved: 1. The volume of the music. Not being able to have a conversation with your table means the music is too loud. 2. The number of birthday celebrations in one and a half hours was unbelieveable. Better to have the birthday song played once an hour with the names of the birthday person on the screen. 3. The menu selection not great. The gammon was so so salty it was almost inedible. 4. The menu using the QR codes need pictures as well as the description to show what the food looks like. 5. The menu should explain how to get your food out of the coaster and than needs to be turned to put into the bin at the end of the table. 6. Cost - food was on the expensive side for what you get but you are paying for the whole experience.

6/10It was ok… the concept is really good and it’s something different! The food was average but portion sizes were good. I don’t know what I was expecting for the service considering the food isnt brought to you by a person, however we asked someone if the children’s chicken goujons were southern fried and he said didn’t know but would ask someone, he then told us someone would be over to tell us - I’m not sure why he couldn’t tell us! No one ever came over so we asked someone else who also wasn’t sure. As someone who has worked in hospitality and managed restaurants for a number of years I would expect them to know the basics like that!

5.5/10The greeter was very nice but the person she handed us to to seat us and 'help' us to order was socially awkward, no initiative and actually hindered us in getting to order. Seriously, the 'help' she offered confused us and lead us on a Wilde goose chase. All that was needed was to ask if we were familiar with we codes and insetting us to use it to order, one course at a time. She spoke so quietly we had to keep saying, can you repeat that and it turned out she was trying to guide us through connection to WiFi. We were connected already! She really had less savvy than my 3 year old and just complicated the experience. Food was ok. Very over priced. I get that you pay more for the experience of the restaurant but for the novelty and rubbish staff, dry chicken burgers priced at £18 are bit of a mick take.

8/10We enjoyed our visit. We found the starters (cauliflower bites & chicken wings) to be very underwhelming, the cauliflower starter was very overpriced. Mains were burgers, which were lovely! Kids enjoyed their chicken and chips.

6/10The music is so loud it makes it tricky to talk to people. My husband's meal arrived along with the chicken for my meal and nearly 5 minutes later my chips and the kids meals arrived. Desserts were very nice but struggled with space on the table as no-one had cleated our table and there was no spoons available. There were numerous other families receiving only parts of their meals and having to wait ridiculous times for the rest of the meals. I definitely will not be returning.

10/10We absolutely loved it here. The staff were wonderful and helped accommodate us adding 2 people to our booking last minute when it was showing no availability which was so kind and really made our day . The food came out so fast and the drinks came over so fast . The restaurant itself is so cool . Our kids loved it as did we . Food was delicious and hot . Not one bad word to say about this place . We’ll absolutely be coming back again and will recommend to anyone

4.5/10The food was well certainly not worth£16 for a burger, I didn't expect an onion bhaji slapped on a bun and chicken as a side, maybe the other way round, it was so dry I ended up putting ketchup on. The gammon was ok although it took half an hour to arrive,. Oh the app well!!!! I thought we could pay contactless at reception but no you had to pay on the app and seeing as all my cards are stored on my Google wallet I didn't have my card details on me so I had to try and get my son to pay on his card as there was no option to pay by Google/apple etc. There was a contactless point at reception which I thought we could have used but no that was not an option, 40 mins for our food to arrive so we ordered our desserts as we thought we would have finished our main but they arrived halfway through the meal! Constant interrupting for birthdays while we were trying to have a conversation meaning people were clapping like sea lions every 5 mins no exaggeration which was extremely annoying.

4/10This place used to be really good, unfortunately the quality of food is incredibly poor. The gluten free selection is very limited and the staff are not allowed to offer alternatives, which made my options very limited…The fries were incredibly dry and tasteless and the whole thing was incredibly overpriced for the quality of food. Absolutely gutted as I really used to love this restaurant.
