7/10Beautiful view, totally lived up to expectations. Food is fine, not great, and is crazy overpriced. Ordinary wine list. We had a nice night out though.

7/10The food was extremely tasty and well presented. Extortionate pricing and didn’t not accommodate my request for a special event despite having notice of a month also did not inform me that brunch would be served. Also only one veggie option to choose from.

5.5/10The waiter was less than helpful, the meal came without potatoe due to a misunderstanding with the menu I was lucky to get vegetables. The starter was more like an apertiser. My wife's meat was tough. The back ground music was loud, which meant everybody raised their voices. It was hard to talk to each other and hear each other. We did mension our concerns to the manager, he kindly gave us a sweet each. Unfortunetely the outcome wasn't what I had planned for my wife's significant birthday. The views were amazing. Sadly we won't be going again. They knew we were celebrating my wife's birthday.

9.5/10I had booked a table to have dinner with my daughter and wanted to have a table at the perimeter with a great view. I popped into the restaurant during the day and spoke to Angela. Angela was really friendly and told me that this couldn’t be guaranteed but she would try her best. When we arrived later that evening Angela greeted me by name and showed us to a table with a great view over London. We got the same level of great service from Fabio our waiter. Altogether a great experience. Oh, and the food was amazing.

9.5/10As a Canadian visiting the UK, I had the pleasure of dinning at the Shard recently, and I could not have been more impressed with the experience! Before we even arrived, the team reached out with a courtesy call to confirm the reservation, which showed me the care right from the start. Upon arrival, we were treated warmly and the team wished my girlfriend a happy birthday, which made the evening feel extra special. We were seated almost immediately and though we weren't by the window, we still had a lovely view of London by night. We started with water and some delightful bread and butter, a small but much appreciated start to the meal. When it came to food, every dish exceeded my expectations. I am usually not a fan of mushroom, but the mushroom-based pasta dish was exceptional. All in all, it was an unforgettable evening, enhanced by attentive service, elegant sitting and breathtaking views of London. Thank you the Shard team for a fantastic experience, Looking forward to next time

6.5/10Fantastic setting, but incredibly small portions and very expensive. Expect to order 3 courses in order to feel like you've eaten a meal! Would visit again, however probably just for drinks. Look at £175 per head to include the cheapest bottle of wine.

9/10Even though we were a half hour late for our res, staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and sunset view was amazing. Only negative is place was very large and therefore very loud.

7/10Aqua Shard was a special treat for a girly day out. Food was very tasty but very pricey and not served hot enough in my view. The restaurant staff were all really lovely. Be warned the restroom is very dark and only one cubicle 😂 Overall a nice experience for a special occasion but I won't be returning.

5/10Delicious food, incredible views BUT appalling service. The wine didn't arrived, my wife has a nut allergy which was pointed out on the booking and reiterated when we arrived but they still brought her broccoli covered in nuts!! When we complained the waiter was rude and said it wasn't his problem as he didn't take the order! I have to say the management did sort it out really well but the people on the next table were served cold chicken and had to complain so we know the problems were not restricted to us

4/10It was my milestone bday lunch with my family. I did want it to be special. However, the service was terrible, plus they did not even wish me which felt awful on such an occasion.
