9/10Probably the best fine dining restaurant in the area. What an amazing and talented chef. We have been a couple of times and it never disappoints. The dining room needs some music to create bit of atmosphere. But overall it’s a must visit if in the area

9/10Me and my partner had the most amazing and memorable evening at Arbor on New Years Day, which was mainly down to our wonderful waiter Levi. He was working on his own that evening and was so personable, funny and informative on menu choices, so we had a fantastic meal. Please take his recommendations as they were spot on! It was a pretty quiet evening but we were the last ones in there and he was in no rush to get rid of us. Thanks again Levi for such a wonderful evening, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and wish you all the best! You’re what made our evening and Arbor are lucky to have you!

3.5/10The food was very disappointing I am a chef myself and looked this place up and the reviews were good but when there I was very disappointed the quality the steak I recieved was terrible with a garnish of grilled tomato and mushroom which I would expect for a low market pub . The menu was very poor with very little selection available Over all very disappointing price quality and menu content and quality of cooking for the price paid

10/10We chose this restaurant for our 50th Anniversary meal. The food was brilliant. The waiter was excellent which made for an excellent evening, so thank you very much to the Arbor Restaurant for making our day perfect. would highly recommend. Wilma Gray

3/10Went to the Arbor about a year ago, this restaurant hasn’t gone down hill it’s fallen off a cliff. My wife had a pork dish and I had the chicken. The pork looked and tasted very dry. The chicken looked like the pre- cooked packet breasts you buy from a supermarket. When asked what our meal was like we told the waiter of our disappointment in the food and received no apology or explanation for the poor food.

5/10We Arrived prompt for our 7pm booking and asked if it was OK to have a drink in the bar first all ok ordered drinks 1 x gnt 1 x cranberry juice 25 min later barman informs us no cranberry juice so a lemonade it is then finally get drinks Two minutes later swooped into the resturant nice place don't under stand the wooden thing in middle ? GOOD WINE LIST after looking on line at menu we find it has been totally changed that day grrrr nice starter and main oon to the pudding s could we have a menu please 25 minutes later no menu so gave up and got the bill fobbed off with a free coffee and some chocolates poor service shame we would have been back 4/10

9.5/10We were the only people in the restaurant when we entered which might be a blessing for some folks but kinda made us a bit apprehensive since it was our very first time here. However, the service was good and the food delicious. I have to especially recommend the onion tarts. They were easily the highlight for us. Definitely a place I wont mind coming back to.

10/10The food was delicious, the beef cheeks in particular were so tender. The Italian waiter was very attentive and gave us great service. It’s our second time eating here and we’ll definitely be back again.

10/10I know it's already a top rated restaurant in Bournemouth, but we were still very pleasantly surprised to find gorgeous food, great service, lovely space and we only spent £50 each. Lunch has a set menu that's £20 - I will definitely be doing that!

+1We have eaten here before and the food was outstanding. This time although I enjoyed it I found the portion sizes rather meger especially the peas which seemed to be all lettuce. Obviously the prices are fairly high and standards were slightly down from the last time I dined, but I would come again.

5.5/10Unfortunately for us there was a wedding at the hotel when we visited and it was quite noisy. The toilet had beer bottles and toilet paper all over the floor. The service was better than the food, I’m not sure if I was expecting too much from a restaurant with such good reviews. Would I go again probably not after this experience.

Stunning. I took my foodie friend to this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Food and service was exceptional and the waiter recommended an amazing Bordeaux that went perfectly with the beef.

7.5/10Quiet lunchtime. Staff very kindly ensured my mother had soft bread with her smoked salmon (rather than the sourdough which is too tough for her teeth). Little considerations like this make a big difference. The staff were very polite. The food was good - I particularly enjoyed the arrancini. I would encourage more people to try restaurants in hotels such as this.
