7/10The host was so welcoming and professional, polite and charming. After sitting, service was very slow and we felt a little ignored but it was ok as we were in no rush and the place was evidently busy and popular. Slow inattentive service can be a blessing occasionally! Food was so new to us and delicious. it's always wonderful to discover a new cuisine. Despite slow inattentive service I'll happily return here again in future

10/10The food was delicious . Not very big portions but a starter and a main was enough . The service was really really good . We were asked several times if we needed anything ,if everything was ok, how was the food …they really showed great customer service and appreciation for positive feedback. They were all great but Oscar , one of our charming waiters , was super friendly and responded happily to our chats and showed he cared . The starters ,cachapa and arepa and dessert were all amazing . The only thing we missed was a happy hour drink / cocktail that would have been a great end to a beautiful long lunch . The locations and the background music are also great

7.5/10Nice little spot, will be much more enjoyed on a hot summer day. Food was an experience for us as we never tried most of the menu before but the food is not spectacular. The place is homely and everything affordable. Too noisy for catching up with friends.the starters were more enjoyed than the mains. The Cibadies red wine was a delight, very smooth on the way down. The best part of your experience was the service, all very friendly and lovely young men. It was not what we’d refer to as a bad experience but it seemed just average and not spectacularly outstanding…

10/10Lovely little restaurant in a great location by the water. Staff were friendly and the food was good, will definitely go again. A lot of great dishes, but the Yuca chips are worth trying!

9/10First time trying Venezuelan food. Food arrived very fast and starters were delicious, however mains I found less so. Might be my own personal taste though! Worth a try :)

10/10We absolutely loved our meal, the staff were all really friendly, the food is a nationality we had never had before and we loved every bit of it. I put a 3/5 for speed of service but this is not a negative it was very laid back and our whole meal felt relaxed, we were not rushed in any way, just what we wanted. The background music was also great ????

5.5/10Not the best. Ribeye poor quality. Watery and burnt on the surface and undercooked in the centre. Ordered the creamy lobster sauce which was served cold, likewise my mothers cheese sauce. Dessert was OK but nothing special. Overall disappointment.

5/10The food was ok but a little oily and the dessert was overly sweet. Really disappointed in the service at some points it took a very long time to receive a Food aisle means were brought halfway through our starters and then kept under the light until we were ready. For some reason we were pointing to the food on the menu and saying what we wanted, but the waitress Kept repeating something else that we didn’t want. And when we asked for dessert we clearly stated we wanted to and she repeated two deserts and after about 15 or 20 minutes wait we just received one desert

This is a must go !! We came here with a friend so he could discover Venezuelan food and he loved it ! I am so glad I discovered this restaurant. Will definitely be coming back. The food is delicious and rich in flavour, the service was great and everyone very nice.
