It's a quiet little place on Bathurst Street in central London but only a short stroll from our hotel om Sussex Gardens so convenient. However, the first disappointment is that their webpage on The Fork promises Persian food but they have switched to a mainly Italian menu. As we arrived looking forward to food with a Persian/Libanese touch we felt a little cheated. My Spaghetti Carbonara was a good sized portion and creamy with a finely balanced amount of meat but totally lacking flavours you get from things like salt and pepper which should be included. Two ordered Lasagna which I was told were OK but nothing special. The Ceasar Salad was nice and crisp but could have done with more dressing and salt and pepper (just like my dish). As we had booked with a 30% discount on the food we were then let down even further when we realised (after leaving the restaurant) that we had not gotten the full discount on our food bill. It came up about 3 pounds short after a quick check.
