Staff member mixed up order for our table with another. We told them we didnt order the dish. The other table end up having both of the starters while we were waiting 20mins without any food. Staff member came to explain to us but they could have offer us some bread. Starter arrived just right before paella came.Starter was lovely but paella was just okay. Part of it was burnt. I love a bit of crunchy rice at the bottom but that was way too burnt. We checked with staff member but they said it was how it is. I am not convinced.

Overall, not a great experience. The steak was overcooked… my guess is it was grilled straight from the fridge as the very middle was a good temperature but otherwise, it was an unpalatable well done. The rest of the dishes were ok. Service was not great. Good wine recommendation, but otherwise mediocre. Before bringing a poorly cooked steak, they brought what appeared to be something more evenly cooked… but quickly took it away for another table. We were then advised to leave 15 mins before their closing, which seemed unnecessary since we were obviously done with our meal. Not coming back.

I really enjoyed eating at Arros QD. We got the mussel and prawn rice for two and it was incredible. As a Spanish person living in London I’m so glad I finally found a Spanish restaurant in London with real Spanish food and flavours. The prawn roll was also spectacular and the ambience in general very nice and cozy. Our waiter Adriá was the sweetest and he even arranged a "Happy birthday" complimentary dessert for my partner when he learned it was his birthday. Great experience, I will definitely come back!

Straight to the point. Would I go back here again… no. Would I recommend it to someone else… probably not. Did I have a good time… yes (my wife is good company and most of the food was tasty). Drinks, were meh, dessert was meh. Appetizers were by far the best part and would recommend people just do a handful of apps.

Beautiful venue with a central london location. It had been recommended by a spanish friend. Did not disappoint. The food was delicious, great value for money and the highest quality ingredients. Seafood starters were nicely presented and a choice of its famous Paella for main course. We tried the gorgonzola cheesecake for dessert. would highly recommend.
