I made a reservation but when my party had arrived, we were told to wait outside by the security and then I told him again that I had made a reservation. A staff then asked us whether we wanted KBBQ or general food because they had two different types of tables (one for KBBQ and the other being just a normal table). We were then escorted upstairs and then again, had to tell the staff that a reservation was made. Little did I know that there was no table for us even though all of us had arrived. We then had to wait upstairs a few minutes as the staff were looking around to see where they could seat us. When looking around there were large tables with only 2 people seated which made me wonder why they couldn’t have just swapped us, as we were the larger party. Eventually they joined up two KBBQ tables. We then made our order which the staff did not read back to us… Eventually one by one our food started arriving. We had asked for tap water but this came after our first food had arrived. They brought out other drinks before the tap water but they also did not bring out the drink which I had ordered. As we were a party of 7 people and with two tables to seat all of us, we thought the best idea was to order two lots of each food. Whilst one table had received all the food we ordered, the other table had only received one. By the time we finished our food, the other table were still waiting for the rest of the food to come so I asked the staff where the other food was and they told me that they had mistakenly sent it downstairs to another group, so of course we had to wait again. Eventually the food arrived but still my drink hadn’t but by then I just thought to forget about it and remove it from our final bill. When paying, we wanted to split evenly but for some reason they said that only up 4 people could pay by card… Overall terrible service from the start, food was decent but on the pricier side.

I went for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday on 23rd Nov and we were all extremely satisfied with the generous potion of food/price/amazing staff and the atmosphere. Staff were thoughtful , kind, attentive and professional at the same time which is rare to find ticking all the boxes in central London. We are definitely coming back.

It was lovely experience at the restaurant, everything is perfect from food and also the staff services, just want to do a suggestion. The security guard by the door can be more flexible on different situation. I got my friend blocked not able to come in the restaurant. He can allocate them on reservation area and direct them to speak with one of staff. Not to block them outside as they already said they have reservations already. Thank you

The chicken was crispy but the the sweet and chilli coating tasted of cinnamon which I didn’t really like. The beef Japchae was ok. Beef tender and tasty, but the noodles a little bland. The service was lovely.

Pros: Large table. Spacious. Nice vibe. Cons: Soft drinks were out of date. The mains came way before the starters. Pajeon was the last item to arrive and was soggy, not crispy. Staff were not very attentive- I had to go up to them to pay. We had high expectations for this place but left quite disappointed. We will not be going back.

The restaurants communication team were very responsive via email. It was really nice to have a large selection of halal options available and with the ability to see the staff cook the meat on the grill on the table. The tables are a bit small so it's a bit annoying when you have a big family and everyone's trying everything. It was a Friday night and the staff were probably very busy and therefore less attentive. We had to tell 3 members of staff to take payment as they all had to get card machines which would accept payment from 4 cards (7 people at dinner).

A different dining experience, went for a table with a BBQ, they cook your meet at your table. Service was quick, took us longer to go through the menu to make our choices then it did for the food to arrive! Good size portions, so don't order too many dishes. Food rasted great, some is a little spicy, but nothing too much. Loved the overall experience, great food and a good drinks selection.

The mustard honey chicken is alwwwwwways banging. Only think I wish is for them to let us cook the meet at our own pace. I cant eat everything at the same time i get full too fast after 30min althought tables are usually booked for an hour.

One of the selling points of this korean restaurant is that you can still enjoy a nice barbecue late at night after a show - as we did. The food was good and the service was great. We had a good experience with it.

we were told to wait in line even after asking three times and saying that we had a booking. after 30min i went past the man at the entrance and asked inside and she said they’d given our table away as it’d been too long. we then had to nag three more times to get seated (45min after our initial booking!) we also had to ask for water or glasses or cutlery multiple times. the inside waitstaff were friendly and helpful and the food was good but the man at the door was extremely unhelpful and even tried to blame me for waiting in line? apparently when i asked “if i have a booking can i come in?” and he said no i had to wait in line, i should’ve known he meant the opposite? unnecessarily badly organised and stressful unfortunately.

The last time we were there, the waiter helped us cooked our beef and explained what sauces paired with which meat. Today, they just left us to figure it out on our own. Disappointed but we just accepted it because they had 2 waiters serving the whole nearly full (front area) restaurant.

We went here on recommendation off another person. However when we got there, staff knew it was our first experience with korean food. No explanation of what certain dishes were or any recommendations. There were so customers who had pictures showing what they were ordering, this was not offered to us and when we saw it, was too late and weve ordered. the food came quick. We ordered chicken wings which were average and a hot pot and some rice noodles. The hot pot was not nice at all. we asked for spicy it cane out sweet, we asked for lemon to enhance the flavours. We travelled 3.5 hours to try this and was vert disappointed
