Lovely clean place, staff are soo welcoming and lovely. Food is fantastic good size portions and great taste, menu has plenty of choice. Kids menu is great and well priced. Meal was for wife's birthday and the dessert 🍨 was brought out with a candle,.some great birthday glasses and singing. Thank you all, well done.

Went for dinner with a friend this evening. What a lovely clean friendly environment. Didn’t have to wait too long for the Chicken Milanese which came out piping hot and was incredibly delicious. The service was brilliant, not in your face too much like some restaurants Everyone we saw was smiley, polite and courteous. Will definitely be returning and recommending Well Done 👍🏼

Lovely food and the young lady taking the orders and serving drinks and food was lovely but we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive which was very disappointing. We arrived at 6.45 and did not receive our food until just after 8.00pm.

It was a first visit and we were three friends who meet up a couple of times a year. This was a good meeting point for us all and it was a pleasure to visit The Baltic Amber. It was a lovely atmosphere, great service, and beautiful food. It was also really important that it was not overly noisy and we could all chat and catch up without feeling pressured.

We sat at the table & waited ages for someone to take our order!!! Food came out & 3 of the meals out of 6 were luke warm so had to send them back by time them meals come back the other 3 had finished their meals!!! We had to keep going upto bar to order more drinks as no member of staff came to ask if we needed anything!!! For the price of the meals we expected more the ribs were awful!!! The staff were polite but service very slow we will not be returning again!!!

We discovered Baltic Amber in March and have been on many occasions since. The food is always great quality, I have never had a bad meal. Takes a little time to get the food but this is just because it all seems freshly made. Staff are lovely.

As a group of four we again had a really good evening. The food was tasty, well presented and hot, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a little confusion by the server regarding the gins ordered by us all as we all had different additives but we were fine with it. The brownies are amazing, highly recommended.
