Service in the beginning was ok but we were basically the only table in the restaurant. At most there were 3 tables all night. Food was very mediocre I’ve had better sushi from chain sushi shops at less than half the price. Sweet potato £11 for a half sweet potato with a little feta and pomegranate sweet potato was over cooked. Broccoli was mostly crispy onions with a few stalks of broccoli. Not sure where the Peruvian influence is. Restaurant felt cold and the ambience matched it. Once the food was served service was none existent. I honestly can’t see this restaurant being open a year from now.

Sushi was delicious and fresh! Great tasting dishes with great innovative flavours. The braised ox cheek with yuzu mash wash nice but on the saltier side - I would come back again!

Lovely atmosphere; modern, clean but comfortable. The cocktails were great and food looks stunning and was delicious. Excellent value with the Fork’s offer. The fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine is delicious and the food looks stunning too.

Great food with amazing customer service and a nice vibes! Thank you for arranging us to a private dinner room, in which various delicious food and drinks are served with wonderful customer hospitality. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends from overseas, and the amazing food and hospitality did make our gathering a special memorable experience!

Great food with a variety special dishes and excellent customer service. We booked at the last minute and the manager allowed us to have two more guests together. The team offer welcoming hospitality and attended to all details. It’s already been our favorite and frequently visited restaurant !
