10/10The food was delicious, took us back to holidays in Spain. The service was great, friendly and efficient eg water glasses topped up without asking. The real surprise was the seating, on comfortable bar stools located in front of the open kitchen. It was fascinating watching the chefs and the servers at work

5/10We were seated downstairs which had no ambience at all and the food service is extremely slow. We waited at least half an hour for the 1st dish to arrive and ended up rushing to eat what we could in the last 15 minutes of an 1hr 45 mins booking and we were still late for the theatre.

We’ve been to various Barrafina locations over the years. This was one of the worst experiences ever! No longer convinced that it’s the right place to dine at. We had a 7:00 pm reservation and when we got there, in the already meagre menu 4 items were scratched off; they had run out! We were forced to have dishes that we didn’t really go there for, many of which were mediocre and yet, egregiously priced. We left hungry and £320+ out of pocket! Extremely disappointed.

9/10The downstairs restaurant was calm compared with the bar upstairs. The service was efficient but friendly. The food was of good quality, well presented and delicious. I consider allowing a big dog into the restaurant unhygienic

10/10I have been before for a private dinner and decided to return with my husband. It did not disappoint. A perfect spot right in front of the master chef! Food was fabulous, and the vibe.... you can see why they have to turn people away!

6.5/10Went there for an early dinner after our tour. Service was great, food was served fast but the food was very average. The Arroz de Mariscos was a disappointment. Seafood was bland and tasted like frozen. The best one was pardon peppers.

9/10Nice ambience and service, food is average. There is something you can't miss (Tortilla) but also many overpriced dishes in terms of preparation/taste and portion. I would go back at some point.

10/10Our favourite restaurant in London. Tried 3 of the specials and they were all knockout. Head Chef, Ignacio Garrido, keeps his excellent team in check and always delivers the perfect finishing touches.

9.5/10We went there after the theatre at around the 10:30pm. The seating was all barstools around the service counter with the servers and preparation behind us. The tapas were delicious with fresh ingredients and authentic presentation. Our server Wanuce, a friendly Brazilian young lady, was lovely. Fast turnaround with the place and meal but would definitely recommend.

6.5/10It was good food, except for the patatas bravas which were cold and had too much sauce, but it wasn’t exceptional. We had the mussels special which were very nice but nothing to soak up the tasty broth at the bottom. Padron peppers were good, croquettes were very good. Wine is expensive - bottle of rose for £65. We had 30% off food which was a good offer although only saved £10 as most of the bill was the wine. Would be good to offer a pre-theatre menu with a glass of wine. It wasn’t busy. Very nice staff and lovely manager.

7/10It’s the second time I have visited this restaurant and the second time I was seated under the air conditioning unit. I asked to move and the restaurant accommodated that, a little reluctantly, think the potential to be seated in the same place again will probably stop me visiting again.
