We were very disappointed with the food. The beatroot dish was bland, shrimps didnt feel fresh and the mackrel was too greasy and too much vinegar. The staff was nice and the place had a good atmosphere, but the food didnt do it for us.

we booked for noon and arrived 10 mins early, to be told to wait outside (in December). from there the host seemed flustered, once sat though the chef at the bar area was exemplary, food delicious. we didn't drink alcohol so can't comment on that.

Excellent food shame they don’t do any non alcoholic wine as I was on antibiotics and couldn’t enjoy a glass of red wine. Will have to go back again as food was amazing

Lovely bar overlooking the chefs or interior dining space - refined decor, clean and cool. Great view over the canal. Everything was good - the beetroot ajo blanco, arroz negro (delicious +++), prawn and piccante tortilla, crusty aubergine with honey- nice glass of Tempranillo, still and sparkling water in the house. Great service. Definitely a spot to look up if you’re in the Kings Cross area
