6.5/10Its lovely but I hate when restaurants do not give you the set menus or childrens menus. We had two chikdren with us and we wanted to opt for the pre-theatre menu which the lady said if we wanted we would have to move tables and there would be no entertainment. When she could see we were considering leavjng she then offered us a set menu. Dont advertise childrens menus, set menus. pre-theatre menus etc then only give the a la carte menu so that it will cost us more.

7/104 of us dined at Benihana Covent Garden at on 16/12/24. After our visit I checked out the menu on-line and noticed that our waiter had only offered us the ‘dinner menu’ whereas it was lunch time! So, we paid dinner prices at lunch time! I find this very odd!

8.5/10Good ambience, great entertainment and great food. Would have been better if more attention had been paid on the sauces running out and normally this happens as there is an assistance that takes care of these things. However that was not the case this time. Still had a fab time well worth going to.

8.5/10I always eat at Benihana, when i visit London. Food is great, service is excellent, and the atmosphere is always good. A nice place to bring both friends, family and business partners. Recommended

10/10Our birthday lunch for my husband at Benihana was excellent. They were very attentive. The chef at our table was funny and proficient. Very tasty food. One of our friends decided to gift his son a voucher for Christmas as all of us enjoyed the experience so much.

7.5/10I always enjoy the Benihana experience. The food is always delicious and the chef's are really good at entertaining too. My rating is low as far as the food goes as my partner who's a coeliac ended up being served a rice that contained gluten even though I asked the chef Laurence are you sure it's gluten free!? He was very careful with the first course using the blue top gluten free Japanese soy sauce, but when it came to the fried rice that was shared with rest of the table he just used the red top soy sauce that contains wheat. So my partner had a heavy night with a high heart rate and a messy morning on the loo...

8/10Went for the fork £25 menu. Ended up paying £46. I’m a big fan on the Benihana brand and have been to several others. The whole system works and is great entertainment as well as a good meal. The table chef was great here but the other guests were not appreciative. Very subdued compared to the whooping applause I’ve experienced in other locations even though the performance was just as good. The idea of the £25 is a little bit of a con but I was kinda expecting that! £2 extra cos you’re going to want the steak option, which was still a very cheap cut. £4.50 extra for egg fried rice because it would be silly not to have their signature dish. £10 extra for 250 ml of sake. But I left satisfied and will still go back !

10/10I had a fantastic dining experience at Benihana in Covent Garden! The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef's skills were impressive. The friendly service added to the overall enjoyment, and I appreciated the generous portion sizes. One highlight was the salad with ginger dressing, which was a delightful start to the meal. I highly recommend Benihana for a great dining experience in Covent Garden
