9/10Service was polite and prompt. Ambience was great, can’t think of anywhere outside of larger cities where you can have live music on a Wednesday evening while you eat. Great selection of meats and burgers, all piping hot, well cooked and full of flavour. Can’t comment on any veggie friendly options as didn’t look, I’m sure they would be great too. Price for 5 with starters, mains and some deserts, ~£200, not bad value at all.

6/10I have eaten here before but I think it has got a bit too expensive for bits own good. I ordered a caeser salad with prawns. The salad was £10 and the additional prawns were £7. When it arrived it was nothing more than a small portion of lettuce 3 rock hard croutons not enough dressing and no anchovies. The prawns were nice but there was only 3 of them. Very expensive for what it was.

10/10Chloe was a great server, very attentive. The food was very good, especially the chicken tender starter. The pulled chicken burger needed a bit more bbq sauce in it.

10/10The food and atmosphere were excellent. I thought the Brisket was a little too Smokey but apart from that all good. Rib eye steak was excellent. Lovely Burgers and chips!

9.5/10Our lunchtime visit was great , we were quickly allocated a table and then our waitress Rose was exceptionally helpful guiding us older folk through the menu to get exactly what we wanted. The food appeared promptly and was of the high standard we had experienced at BE Covent gdn and Canary Wharf. For meat lovers it's simply the place to go and the prices are totally reasonable. Must try it one night when they have live music.

5.5/10I am a regular if this franchise. I love a big easy but the BW branch keeps disappointing. Between the cold food and slow service I’m not sure where to begin. They can’t get steak right, fries are all pre made so when you order they give you what’s been sitting out there. One pro is the waitress that served us, she couldn’t have been better. Very lovely and dedicated

10/10I loved this place the food was really nice and we got a table near the band so it was all nothing but good for me. Loved the brisket the smoky taste was ????????. I will definitely be a regular here. Loved the way it was set up the surroundings reminded me of the way the states decorate there bars. Perfect ????????

10/10Great atmosphere and the food was lovely. There was a mistake with my order but it was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. We went lunch time but would love to go back in the evening for the live music.
