7.5/10Check with the restaurant if booking weekend brunch late as the last sitting times have changed. Also the price advertised on Fork is wrong. Food was great. Service was a little patchy and slow to get started but then was good. Nice view over the docks in CWharf.

10/10The lady at the reception was very accommodating. I called an hour before my reservation at 12 noon asking her to move it at 4 pm and for 4 ppl (3 adults and 1 child) instead of 1 person. The foods were tasty and in big portions. The staff who served us was very quick and efficient. Although the restaurant was busy, we did not wait for so long to have our orders taken and served. There was also a lively atmosphere. The only downside is that, the chairs and tables were positioned very near each other leaving a very narrow space for people to move about. It was so difficult for the servers and diners alike to pass through the narrow gaps as we have to hung our thick coats at the back of our seats.

9/10Wasn’t 100% sure what type of food/place this was, but their BBQ def was as good as I’ve had in the USA. The lunch offer was great value. Def have reco to friends.

5.5/10Nuggets and fries were good. Service was mediocre and needs to be improved. Some of the plates were not clean and we asked them to be changed. Calamari were small.

10/10Celebrated my son's 15th birthday. Nice experience with lobster, quite good burger with shrimps and testy prosecco. Nice surprise in the end of the evening - an ice-cream gift from the restaurant with a birthday candle - for my son.

9/10Took an improntu decision to go to big easy, and take on one if the lunch deals. We all decided on the light lunch which includes a main and a drink with the ability to add a starter or dessert for £5. Unfortunately it's one or the other. My companions were disappointed with the shrimp and lobster roll as they only found 1 shred of lobster, which is apparently the prep for this offer, (75% shrimp and 25% lobster). They were offered a discounted pudding to accomodate for their shock, resulting in some e trembly full bellies. Having my grandson with us led to a child's meal being obtained. The beans and toast deal was a big enough for an adult. Just a pity he wasn't keen.

6/10Great venue with great food, but the service was appalling, (very very slow, bringing mains whilst still eating starters, etc.), and the band/ singer was so loud, you had to shout to talk to the person next to you.

4.5/10The food, not good.. the lobster was tiny and DRY. So overcooked it was like lobster sawdust. So much so that I heard the the next table say there were going to order it and I dissuaded them to do so - I said don’t waste your money. The steak was mediocre at best. Our waiter however, was fantastic and attentive. I didn’t catch his name (handsome guy with a white beard!) overall food terrible- service great- but will not be returning.

3/10My Waiter was not very accommodating at all....i had to tell another staff he was not good and he said i must not say that....but i was only telling the truth.....at first he tried to force me to buy off the £30 menu....although I went for brunch....insisting I must have the weekend special because it was bank holiday.....my dips Tasted sour and gone off to eat with my over dry nachos...and it took over 10 mins to get something different...seemed like I had to beg for it (dips.....big easy laager tasted cheap and watered down......after 30 mins my burger came burnt...the manager was like whats wrong with it....i told her it tastes burnt......my waiter was no where to be seen I had to ask other people for help or drinks Half lobster was very small.....today was very bad service and food

4.5/10I’ve previously been to other Big Easy restaurants in CG and Chelsea - but the food here just wasn’t as good as I remember. The lobster was really dry and Prosecco was really low quality. My husband’s BBQ was better as was the classic Margarita I ordered.

7.5/10The Big Easy brunch has changed and not necessarily for the better, used to be more variety and now you have to pay for the fries. Had to check our bill as they overcharged but this was rectified when pointed out. Overall bit disappointed from other visits her, although the person who looked after our table was very good
