10/10I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Easy, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm, welcoming ambiance that set the stage for a memorable evening. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the lobster. Each dish was a testament to the chef's expertise and dedication to quality. We started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. It was the perfect way to whet our appetites for what was to come. For the main course, we opted for the classic steamed lobster. The lobster was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, with a sweetness that only the freshest seafood can provide. It was accompanied by drawn butter that elevated the dish to new heights. The sides, including the garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, were equally impressive and complemented the lobster beautifully. The service at Big Easy was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu, which added to the overall experience. Every detail, from the presentation of the food to the pacing of the meal, was carefully considered and flawlessly executed. In addition to the outstanding food and service, the restaurant boasts an impressive wine list, featuring selections that pair wonderfully with their seafood offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed a crisp, refreshing white wine that enhanced the flavors of our meal. Overall, our dinner at Big Easy was a five-star experience in every way. If you're a lobster lover or simply someone who appreciates exceptional cuisine, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. We can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable menu.

We arrived on a Thursday and had the date night surf and turf meal which was extremely good vfm. Lobster was a bit overcooked but handily semi prepared so came apart easily and our steaks were cooked to perfection.

8/10Great Service. Frozen Iced Mojito was absolutely lovely. House larger was smooth. Excellent value in adding £5 to the as much as you can eat BBQ. Partner has the Surf and Turf. Good value and well cooked.

9/10The food was very tasty and a decent portion size. I especially enjoyed the 'Thick Shake'. It was a little quiet for a lunchtime, however, I would definitely return in the evening as they also have a live band. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

8.5/10We had to wait for one hour even though we had a booking on the fork, the food took long time to come, my friend's steak was cold as they forgot the peppercorn sauce and took them over 25 mins to get the peppercorn sauce.

8/10Quite and calm on a Sunday lunchtime, much better than the evenings when it’s over noisy plus live music playing (even more noise, you can’t hear each other talk). We had The weekend brunch at £29.99 pp - the unlimited BBQ was a bit disappointing, the pork was nice, but the ribs and chicken both too dry…. I’ve had ribs much better than this before. The plate is massive and definitely won’t need a refill. Just wished it was more tasty and less dry. There was no sauce either with the meat. My partner’s whole Lobster is nice but on the small side. For £66 we don’t really feel it’s good value for money.

4.5/10Waited a long time before we could even order. Half lobster is not worth it at all, we could barely fill in one fork ! Ribs were cold, tasteless and hard meat. Prices are well above market. Think twice before getting there

Our experience at the Big Easy was great from start to finish the staff were very friendly. We went for the £10 lunch express and I highly recommend the ‘Home-Smoked Bar.B.Q Taste-O-Rama’. It was tasty and the portion for a lunch express was massive. A must try if you are visiting the West End.

6/10Having visited the Stratford Westfield branch I was disappointed by the venue and the ambience. It wasn’t busy, but you had to shout to talk over the music. Food was good, but portion size smaller than anticipated. Cocktails were fabulous though and service fast and with a smile.

10/10I have to admit after booking a pre show reservation, and reading some of the poor reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. All I can say from my visit is that I was welcomed well, served promptly, staff were friendly and efficient... And the food was excellent... I will be going back...

4/10I was really disappointed with the quality of the food, £24 for a dry roll with 4 tiny bits of lobster a tiny salad and a cocktail that tasted like pineapple juice. Would have asked for a refund but knew that was highly unlikely

3.5/10When we arrived they had no booking on their system. We asked if we could have a drink at the bar to be told they were not doing bar service. My daughter is gluten free and enquired about an item In the menu as was told it was not gluten free but when we actually looked at the allergen menu it would have been fine. Food was not great had 1/2 lobster but there was only shell no actual meat.

5/10We arrived at the restaurant 20mins before our 6pm booking so we were asked to wait until our table was available. We sat in the waiting area with another family. This area is located opposite a door which leads to the refuse area. I know this as we saw numerous trips by staff taking out rubbish there. However this is clearly an area where staff also smoke cannabis. The smell was overwhelming when they opened that door. This area was restricted so it could only have been staff. Not great for a family restaurant. That was problem number 1. We were seated at 6 but there were no kids menus available. Not a problem as the waitress informed us what was available. We only ordered mains and drinks. The drinks arrived promptly but the food took over 45mins to arrive and when it did it was warm. I queried this with the waitress who stated it came warm as mentioned in the menu??? My sons order of Mac n Cheese with chips finally arrived 5 mins later. Does it really take 50mins to cook that??? I complained to the manager but he wasn’t interested. He just brushed it off with saying they were busy. It was initially but only the first 10mins of us being there. Why weren’t we given an update about the food? He also said the food was slow cooked which was why it was warm. I have eaten at numerous smoke houses and BBQ venues and have never had Luke warm food. To add insult to injury they added 12.5% service charge to our bill for three guests!!! I demanded they removed that before paying. I do not recommend this venue and wished I had eaten elsewhere as this ruined our evening.

6/10We have been here many times before but this time was not as good. The check in woman was difficult. The service was very slow, 25 minutes from entering to getting our first drinks and then another 20 minutes until the starters arrived. The brisket was dry, the service was slow. It wasn’t what we had come to expect. I felt let down on this visit.

7.5/10I hate it when the first thing a company says to me is “your table is for an hour an half”. Tells me so much about a place. Our waiter was great. Really good. But the person we met on entering made us feel like a burden. As per usual here.

2/10Food was cold, chicken was so dry, you had to have a drink just to swallow it. As soon as our mains were finished, we were asked to pay and leave - we had spent almost £500! The attitude of the staff is something else - some serious training needed there! The big Easy is over-rated, over-priced and just a little bit too big for its boots! Avoid.

4/10Terrible experience. Waited 35 minutes at pre booked table before order was taken. 3 main meals served 45 minutes wait and unfortunately they forgot our starters which they then served to us as dessert. Staff extremly unhelpful re this issue and they seemed to think that serving starters as dessert was normal. No apologies whatsoever. Would not go here again.
