Service was great to start with but as the restaurant got busier the server was nowhere to be seen & our wine didn't arrive for ages & I had almost eaten my main course without any drink to wash it down so was not happy with that at all. Bit disappointed to be honest.

I was there at 2.45pm which means I was on time. However my order was not taken until 3.20pm. The only waitress serving the corner facing Cafe Concerto was not welcoming nor keen to take food order. This was however rectified by the manager on duty. Food was good as usual but the service was appalling to say the least - cold, extremely slow and literally "no service" as I went to the bar area to ask for my bill so that I can cut short the wait. The manager did try to rectify the situation but he is one person. He will need to have a good team of servers if Big Easy Straford is ever going to improve the service. All in all, I was there firstly for the food which I cannot fault at all.

Once seated no one came to take our order, we had to find someone after 30 minutes of waiting. We took a chance after reading the negative reviews but it was slow/poor service. They are understaffed and undertrained.

We lunched at Big Easy on both days of the London Series Baseball at the Olympic Stadium. Obviously super busy but on both occasions we were teated admirably and efficiently. The food was pretty good and the BBQ chicken excellent. See y’all again next year ! GB JK and JH

Food was good and authentic (in the sense of what you'd get in a decent similar chain in the US), decent portions and tasty. Live music (blues) an unexpected plus, at just the right level. It was a bit understaffed, with a bit of a wait making it harder than it should be to order new drinks, for example, this is in stark contrast to what you'd get in the US so you notice more, but overall definitely a good experience and we will be back.

Went there for the unlimited shrimp Tuesdays. Food was good and portions were decent. We were informed from the beginning that portions would get smaller with each reload. I had the shrimp boil and my partner the fried shrimps. My dish portion wise was similar with each reload however the amount of baby potatoes was increasing and the shrimps and sausages decreasing with each reload. Third reload was mostly potatoes with 2 shrimps and 3 pieces of sausage. My partner's dish initially was 8 shrimps and a portion of fries and on the next reload they brought only 4 shrimps and no fries. We had to ask for the fries. Quality of food was good.

The food was good,fresh and tasty. Really, great weekdays offer. The environment was a bit too cold and too loud, as the place wasn't busy. Some of the staff could improve their customer service skills.

Where do I start? On arrival, we were directed to our table - we arrived early and lots of tables were free. I went to sit down only to find my chair back was utterly broken so I told the attendant who was apologetic and proceeded to find a new chair; however, her supervisor " Christina" told her no, I couldn't have a different chair from an empty table, they were taken by bookings, I said, I was a booking and currently there, she didn't care and was completely unprofessional and should be reprimanded. Our younger assistant solved the issue. When the food arrived, it was burnt, cold and unedible. Personally, I prefer Burger& Lobster as a restaurant chain, Big Easy has gone to the dogs and is a waste of money - at £145.00 the whole experience was atrocious and will not be repeated. Take heed, you will not be impressed with the experience—management you need to start, with CHRISTINA AND THEN EVERYTHING ELSE.

The service took way too long. Even though the staff was polite, it looks like they place has a lack of it. Unfortunately, the starters were brought after 30 minutes almost. They forgot about water, but brought beverages :/. We ordered lobsters, though no one brought us forceps for lobsters’ chitin and shell, even after we asked. So it took a lot of time to take its meat out, and during the process the rest of the food got cold. Hence the mussels in cream sauce got quite slimy and quite unpleasant. Besides the staff messed up with order twice, and several times the confound waiter brought us several dishes that we didn’t order. After all they included steak in bill, and it took 15 minute to get it excluded.

We were a little worried about the service after reading reviews but our server was Maggie, she was attentive from start to finish and made our whole experience excellent. The food was tasty, we chose the Eat All You Want BBQ brunch and could barely manage a second helping as the portions were big. Really great visit, thank you.

Food is great! Atmosphere is great! Service is consistently awful. ???? Not one meal was right, finished the food before the chips arrived, forgot the coffees. Took asking 3 different waiters to change a broken chair. Wrong dessert brought up. Drinks forgotten… but the food is great. ????

Service was so slow. Waited half an hour at the front desk before we were seated. Our food came before our drinks and had to ask two for them. Extremely disappointed with the service. Shame because the food was tasty.

The portions are exceptional small and over priced. The half lobster deal was small and there was hardly any lobster in the shell and only comes with salad. The popcorn shrimp portion was merely a handful and not worth the money either! The bill came to £95 for my son and I. 1 meal deal, 2 starters ,and 2 drinks, one of which was not alcoholic!! Definitely will not be going back any time soon!
