5/10Basement is not enjoyable at all… food is not as good as it was when opening… dry buns… tasteless burgers really not what it was at opening! Shame… we really liked that place

7/10Burgers were nice and chips portions were generous. Service was also quick. I gave service 2 stars as they didn't apply the 50% off food Fork offer, instead applying their burger BOGOF offer.

6.5/10I rather liked the burger and fries but they are not *notable* The service was friendly but completely inattentive. Not once did a waiter come to our table after bringing the food. Not to see if we needed anything else or to take away our trays. It's a nice room in a great location and with The Fork's 50% deal it was good value. Without...maybe less so

7.5/10I found the burgers somewhat lacking in flavor and had to add several condiments to enhance the taste, though this may simply be a matter of personal preference. The fries were fairly unremarkable. That said, the staff were excellent, providing great service, and the food was served promptly.

10/10Cute restaurant, very tasty burgers. Friendly service and a cosy atmosphere. Drink prices reasonable for central London. We used the Fork discount which was automatically deducted and incredible value. Would definitely return.

7.5/10The staff were friendly and the food was yummy. A bit quiet at 5pm but it soon got busier and there was more of an atmosphere. Kids menu's but not kids activities,but lots to look at and talk about. Our children ate happily.

6.5/10We had reserved a table but the greeter didn't seem to be able to work out what we meant and as the restaurant was full upstairs we ended up in the basement which had a distinct whiff of drains, too loud music and little atmosphere. The burgers were very good, the chip order was incorrect but was rapidly and cheerfully sorted, but a drink was served in a bottle whose edge had been broken and this had to be pointed out to be corrected. Our particular server was very pleasant and friendly but kept coming down to ask if we wanted to order then having to go and get something to take the order on.

10/10This is the perfect restaurant for anyone who wants a taste of France. Having moved to the UK a few years back I have missed many things about France. The food especially, this meal transported me home. Along with the super friendly staff and convenient location. This is a perfect restaurant.

10/10This was the second time I went to the Big Fernand. Both times the burgers were delicious, very good quality/price ratio. The place is very relaxed, with friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Not too crowded, at least at the times I went. The staff was fast and the food came quickly.

9/10Delicious french burgers at the Big Fernand. We all enjoyed the burgers (2 adults+2 children). Service was impeccable. The place is a little bit small but cosy. Prices are fair for the high quality of burgers.

10/10Best burgers we had every had and the French fries reminded of walking round Cherbourg eating French fries as a child!! Very good value for money.
