2/10Service charge was added to the bill before food was served. Was not advised about service charge. Food extremely over priced and tasted disgusting. We ordered two drinks that we thought were Pepsi. The drinks tasted flat and when raising the issue with the waitress, she admitted that the drinks were not Pepsi and were in fact a cheaper alternative! False advertising!

8/10Decent fast food but a bit overpriced for what it is. Nice diner-themed decor. Went on a match day so some things were not available. Automatically add a service charge even though you have to go to the counter to order.

4/10Hardly any staff working Have to self serve, 15minute Que to order food and then still pay a server charge!!! No milkshakes … can only assume because not enough staff to make them as plenty of ice cream at the counter. No chicken nuggets - 12.30pm on a Saturday 3 toilets out of order in the ladies Men’s Urinals out of service Food average

10/10Fabulous all round American themed diner. Food was delicious and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth the visit.

7.5/10The food itself was nice. A cute 50s interior. Staff were pleasant. There was a large number of categories unavailable from the menu (milkshakes, sundaes, tbones) but overall an enjoyable time.

7.5/10Major issue for me was that I couldn't find it. It would be helpful to explain its on the second floor of the shopping centre. Google maps doesn't explain where it is . Nice American diner.

5/10Food not great. Not sure how you can go too wrong with a burger but it just wasn't nice. Way too much sauce in the burger which made the crispy chicken all sloppy. The coleslaw has a strange taste to it and I've never eaten spicy onion rings before! Also the 12% service charge they add on at the start before they've even done anything is a bit of a p*ss take and completely negates the 20% discount you get for booking a table online in advance! All in all not a great experience.

4/10Poor inattentive, disintersted service Filthy unhygenic toilets, in addition the water from the taps did not stay on long enough to allow you to hygienically wash your hands. In the restaurant itself all seats were in a terrible state of repair in desperate need of replacement. Drink quality was very poor.

6/10The staff were slow and not very attentive. The seats were all ripped up so was very uncomfortable to sit on and the food just wasn’t great. My burnt ends were hard, chewy and full of fat.

9/10Enjoyed a very satisfying evening meal at this traditional American diner! The menu was well designed and varied with good options. The place had a nice ambience with 50s Rock n Roll music playing. Our waitress Deepa was very friendly & had a lovely smile making us feel welcome! The food was served within 20 minutes and was of a very good standard - burgers freshly made and delicious churros to finish. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience!

8/10Welcomed on entrance, polite staff. Ordered and food came within a good amount of time. Food quality - very good! Unfortunately milkshake and waffles weren't available however alternatives were still great. Would recommend and would come back.

7/10The hostess was nice and took us to our table. The booth we were placed in need some TLC as the seats were totally cracked. It's a big place and I liked the music they had playing in the background. Food was OK. I ordered thr brisket mac and cheese and would not recomened. barely any brisket and the flavour of the mac cheese was not to my tasting. The burnt ends were good and the chicken burger was standard. Nice milkshake. The place is fine, nothing special but not terrible.

10/10Amazing service on instant arrival. Our booking was for 6pm we tried our luck and arrived at 5.30pm as we was feeling fairly hungry and they staff were happy to take us in. The manager was also absolutely on point with taking orders and great customer service as well as accepting and taking my booking from The Fork app. The meal was delicious and a decent portion including for my child who finished her kids meal on top. The drinks was tasty and delightful (we ordered the Strawberry & watermelon lemonade & my partner had the Mango & Passionfruit lemonade) it was super refreshing. And of course it was an exceptional end with a quick birthday announcement with a vanilla sprinkled ice cream and a candle to me. The staff really went out of their way even during such a busy evening. Great atmosphere will return again! The pool table was tempting to play on perhaps next time. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience and cheerful service.

7/10The food was really nice and tasty but the service needs to be improved. At the beginning they need to explain that you have to order at the bar as they just left us waiting for ages, they did not give us drink menus or explain they don't serve alcohol. They also did not pick up on that it was my daughters birthday even though it was displayed on the booking and she was wearing a birthday headband. Other people in the restaurant seemed to get a birthday song and a cake/desert. As mentioned the food was really good so that can't be taken away from them so would still recommend overall.

8.5/10A lot of negative reviews. Anyway food really good. Service helpful.. prices reasonable. Just surprised they don’t serve real coke. It’s American after all! Apparently it’s political as they display a Palestinian flag in the menu and boycott coke. Keep politics out of food please.

2/10We booked to eat before a show. Waited at the desk for someone to show us to our table for 10 minutes, eventually seated another 10 minutes passed and no one took an inital drinks order. let alone a food order. We walked out and went to TGI Fridays.

8.5/10This is quite a big restaurant and the limited staff are very efficient. It was quite busy tonight. The T-bone steak was tasty and the other two dishes are also good. I used my 2000 yums and could enjoy a good quality meal.
