The food was mediocre, service terribly slow. As you would expect with any franchise. The highlight was the member of staff who took our order and was fabulous, great personality and engaging.

Order was wrong but corrected quickly. We asked for condiments but they never came. By far the worst thing though was the foul stinking and dirty unisex toilets. Utterly disgusting making us women share our toilets with men and then not bothering to even clean them. I will never return to Bills for this reason alone.

Had a wonderful experience at Bills, really busy at 3:30 in the afternoon but service was brilliant and food amazing!!! Great choice of food and cocktails! Such good value too!!
