I made this reservation a while ago after seeing some fun gluten free, vegan meals on their menu. We arrived one hour early for our reservation, but they were happy to seat us early and we were grateful. The server was very nice and asked if we had any allergies or special diets, I told her vegan and gluten-free, she said it was not a problem and quickly brought a tablet that had all the dietary considerations for each dish. Lovely! I had several choices! Even better! When she came back to take our order, I began to tell her what I wanted and her face fell. She told me those dishes weren’t on the menu. I showed her where they wer on the iPad and she said those are seasonal specials not offered now. I told her these dishes were on the online menu and she said the website is out of date. The only dish on the menu that was gluten -free and vegan was sautéed spinach, a side dish. I asked if there might be something else the kitchen prepare? No…so gritty, lukewarm spinach was my dinner..

The waiter we had was a really nice guy, but the food was quite bland. The couscous was really dry, the lamb meat was excellent but there was no sauce, and my partner's chicken salad was the same, dry and bland.

Nice restaurant with french inspired cuisine. Nice and friendly staff. Good cocktails. Wine list is unfortunately not as you would expect from a French bistro $5$6$7$8

Good food and ambience. A quality haven. But service was extremely variable. One waiter was ver welcoming and efficient. But others were indifferent, not keeping their eyes open as to which diners needed help. My desert was delivered with no cutlery and it took an age to get anyone's attention. Not a happy experience

The food choice was limited, we chose the fixed menu, so it was already a limited selection. However, you found several dishes on the shortlist are already sold out! at 6:00 pm! Then I chose a grilled chicken, which is overcooked - it burnt, and tasted bitter! and the server asked me about the food, I said it is overcooked and tasted bad, and he can only offer me some jam, as compensation... House wine, is bad, even though it's just 3.5 pounds. The service was fine but super slow, I saw relevant comments before but now I know it is true. My biggest regret to choose it as my birthday dining restaurant, very disappointed, and never go back. never recommend it, never!

No need to book for Sunday lunch. Both the hotel and the restaurant were dead, so very little atmosphere. Waitress was a bit irritating throughout, tried to push starters which we didn’t want. Food was pretty average. Bizarre tasting pork and apricot stuffing (which a waiter initially told me was sage and onion!) Over cooked, tough chicken. Al dente roasted carrots which I didn’t mind but my Mum believed under cooked. Desserts made up for average main courses, both very nice.
