I generally like this place but very disappointed with their Valentine's special. At £35 per head for 5 sharing plates I was very disappointed to be told we had to choose between a bread starter and a pudding. In my view bread should be complimentary and just felt a bit tight!

We went for Valentines...Very friendly but very busy and short staffed. We prefer to eat vegetarian food, but unfortunately, having ordered from the vegan sharing menu ...non vegan plates (prawn and fish)were served . It didn't ruin our night ,but it may have done for more commited vegans . Might be better on a quieter night as the food and wine we did have was lovely.

Really cute place, been meaning to go for sometime, went on Valentine’s Day which wasn’t a true representation of their menu as they offered a set menu. Naturally it was a very busy evening which I don’t think they had enough staff on but staff were super lovely. Will go back on a normal evening as the regular menu looks more authentic and what we’re after in the sense of tapas.

The meat was excellent, though the potatoes were a little cold. We didn't realise that there would be no vegetables - would have ordered some otherwise. The staff forgot an order of olives. My sweet was excellent, the almond tart that my partner ordered was a bit bland. The main problem was that it was very noisy - a couple of clients seemed oblivious that the were other around - the staff should have dealt with this firmly!

Having been to The Black Pig before, I was looking forward to the meal. I personally found the menu extremely restricting as every meat dish was pork - which I don’t eat. The fish options were also quite boring. I just wasn’t that inspired by my meal!

The restaurant is really cute and the waiter is really nice, however, tapas are super small as it is common in Spanish restaurants in London…. Beers are Estrella Dam cans at £4.. quite expensive price for a can. Food is really good quality though.
