2.5/10Reserved a table for 8:30. Was made to wait till 9pm to have a table. The receptionist asked me 5 times what was the name on the booking. The bar tender didn’t even know basic names of the whiskey and had to rely on me to pint out from the collection. Food was ok ok. Music was catching the vibe of the room. But the receptionist just was the worse experience out of all.

8/10First time at the Bluebird for Lunch. I liked the decor, relaxed atmosphere attentive waiting staff. Lunch menu was limited, however the food was delicious, albeit portion sizes were small. Drinks are expensive too All in all it was an enjoyable experience & the Chelsea location reflects the cost

2.5/10I have been a loyal customer of Bluebird for a long time, visiting every year for an end-of-year gathering with colleagues. However, this year, the food was noticeably worse compared to last year. It seems the chefs have changed, as none of the dishes tasted as good. The apple pie dessert, which used to be excellent, is no longer available, and the other desserts are overly sweet and lack quality. The restaurant appeared to have far fewer customers, with the space looking half-empty. I visited twice, in November and December, and on both occasions, the food was disappointing, and the service had declined compared to before. If this situation continues, I don’t think I can bring guests here anymore. This is the first time I’ve left such a review, but as a long-time customer, I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

7/10The place is lovely but the afternoon tea was average at most. The sandwiches were fairly dry. The worst bit was the service though. They took ages to bring us the tea, well after we had eaten the sandwiches and after I had asked twice. Then they forget to bring milk for the tea, so I had to ask. The bill came straight away though with 13% service included, which I was not intending to pay but I did. It didn’t seem to me like the place was full so why the service was useless in a place like is beyond me.

10/10Seven of us went out of the evening and what an amazing evening it was. We loved having a sophisticated meal followed by some dancing with great music from the resident DJ. The atmosphere was amazing throughout and staff lovely. I'd highly recommend the ravioli and also the espresso martinis! It was a fantastic night - thank you Bluebird!

5.5/10I called ahead and requested a birthday message for my niece on a dessert plate which didn't happen and the service was super slow, took ages for food to arrive. Food was average for the price. Wouldn't be in a rush to go again.

10/10The restaurant was a fun, lively experience with delicious food and great service. As the evening progresses it has a dance club atmosphere, though nobody was dancing. Paola our waitperson was great, offering wonderful suggestions, and was very personable and professional. The pork chop main course with a side of black truffle mashed potatoes was a fantastic combination.

7.5/10The service was slow and there seemed to be insufficient staff to cater for the bookings. It was a Sunday. What we had to eat was good and well presented. The interior was as expected at Bluebird.

The porn star martinis were prefect The tuna fish first course was delicate and beautifully executed The main course was a conundrum Why a dish of cottage pie? Alongside a delicate rack of lamb - no one asked us how we would like it cooked?? Bizarre! Why loads of rubbish plastered all over the broccoli? Over priced for two !!! Really not a good choice. We would have been better choosing three first courses instead of an overpriced main course for two !!

3.5/10Service was very slow, staff preferring to clean glasses or do non-customer facing tasks over taking our order. Food was pretty disappointing, nachos for example being the cheapest possible tortilla chips, chicken very dry, very over dressed Caesar Salad, chewy steak.

A wonderful experience at the Bluebird Chelsea. Excellent service and attention to make our meal memorable. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. A true dining experience of quality, value and service. Highly recommended.

6.5/10The food was beautifully cooked but the service was rather poor except for the (very new) waiter who looked after us. The person in charge of seating found it difficult to identify a different table for us which was needed as there was a very noisy group right next door to us, though hardly any tables were occupied. The kitchen lost track of the salad we ordered so it came when we had almost finished our main courses and a manager decided to have a conversation with a couple who were leaving because they had been waiting so long to get any attention right over our heads. So disappointing.
