I feel that the prices were too high. It was also disappointing that the staff weren’t very friendly. Additionally, I made my reservation using Fork’s Yums points, but they ignored it until I pointed it out, which was also unfortunate. When I mentioned it, they questioned whether I had informed them at the entrance, which made me uncomfortable. Furthermore, although certain items were listed on the menu, I was told they couldn’t be served because it was brunch, which was a negative point. Overall, it was a restaurant that made me think I’d try somewhere else next time

Food excellent Atmosphere and ambience with the jazz band excellent Service - very poor. Hardly checked on us and got our son’s order wrong. The feel of they k is you’re a tourist so don’t really care

9/10Always order the haggis, service and ambience great, tried the cigar roof - little chilly but interesting - only negative was the whitebait was so salty and sharp, we had to leave it

10/10Perfect venue for a relaxing Sunday lunch, a great bloody mary, delicious sourdough and arancini then a perfect roast beef and truffle burger… my daughter and I were really well looked after. Will definitely be coming back!

10/10Best restaurant in Belgravia. This delightful restaurant has excellent food with a Scottish theme, great bar with huge selection of Malt whiskeys, live music at night and a cigar terrace.

10/10I make it a point to go to Boisdales in Belgravia every time I'm in London. It's more than just food, it's an experience. From the Live Music, to the Cigar Lounge upstairs, to the unique menu (I had Grouse for the first time!). Treat yourself, go to Boisdale.

6.5/10Seated. Took 10 min for a server to take a drink order. Ordered. Starters were relatively timely. But then it took 80 minutes for our main course to arrive. Food was good. Music and ambience was good. Service was terrible. I complained. Restaurant comped the food. Only charged for wine.

6/10Service was incredibly slow - 15 mins before asked if we would like anything! When we were finally served we were told to order the food first before a drink as they were closing lunchtime orders! After that service was fine but they did serve wrong meal to wrong person.

6.5/10The food was good as always, but the server (I don't remember her name) clearly did not want to be working. It was really disappointing because the atmosphere was nice, the food was good, but we were treated like it was a school dinner; at one point, we essentially got told off not stopping our conversation while she was pouring water for us. I'm not sure why, there was no reason for it.

10/10The whole experience was wonderful. The waiter Vijay was excellent with the exactly the amount of service being provided without feeling overpowering. The wine was incredible. The food was incredible - definitely coming back.

7/10The menage a quatre was disappointing, with the tastiest one - smoked eel - being no more than a tiny sliver. The fish pie could have been more saucey and cheesy; it was rather dry. Lastly I am afraid the broccoli shouldn't be offered if it's literally going to be blanched broccoli with nary a taste of olive oil!

5.5/10Staff was mostly friendly and attentive, ordered the meath medium rare, it arrive medium plus bordering into well done, we were told it would take 15-20 min it took 40, when we asked the timing to redo the meat it would be the same so we opted to just it as is due to it being late in the dinner. We were compensated with a nice whiskey on the house, but when you go to a meat restaurant and order a cot de boeuf it sort of ruins the evening. Starters were good, decent wine list as well. Half empty restaurant, has declined quite a bit since its hay day, would say on average 40% full. Some of the waiters were really good. I think they can turn it around, they just need to reset. Good potential here if they manage the place right.

7.5/10You advertise "music". We sat down early at 7.30, during the meal various musicians arrived but no music was played while we were there If music is only played after 9PM then it should say so.

9/10Food is excllent. I had the chicken milanese and my wife a filet mignon. The wine list is superb and the place is hopping and lively. Only concern is they like to turn over tables and you will feel rushed to put your order in right away. Slow them down. They are used to people who like to eat and run. We like a slow meal with timed dishes. Otherwise, we would go back in a heartbeat.

8/10Boisdale's is a destination apart from most others. The history, the ambiance, the food. Impeccably delivered. Unfortunately, this time the service just didn't stack up. Maybe it was inexperienced waitstaff, maybe it was understaffing, whatever. Not the service experience to match the fantastic oysters, steaks, deserts. Maybe next time......

10/10Superb Belgravia restaurant we ate native oysters scallops sea bass liver and bacon everything was perfectly cooked and served. A very good wine list we drank Boisdale vintage champagne and a red Chassagne Montrachet. The restaurant has a cigar terrace on the first floor and a private room. Live music in the evenings
