6/10The staff who received us and took us to our table at the restaurant on floor 38 were perfunctory. The music was far too loud therefore every other diner/drinker has to raise their voice and struggles to hear anything (it’s a restaurant/bar, not a nightclub). The restaurant was cold. The food was ok but certainly not exceptional. On the plus side, the wines were good if overpriced at £12 a glass, the view was terrific (obviously) and the waiting staff were pleasant and enthusiastic.

8.5/10Had a light dinner to celebrate Father's Day with my wife and daughter at 6:30 pm on Sunday. It has an unparalleled view of the City of London. Enjoyed the food and view. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely stunning venue, and friendly bar staff. I ordered the chicken ceaser salad and the chicken was rather dry, the truffle fires had a big bit of bre in it and the chips was all stuck together, so a little disappointed with the food

7.5/10Drinks were great, well presented and tasty. The location picture-perfect. The staff was completely disengaged. We arrived and sat waiting to place an order for a long time, with server moving around the area (not busy for a Sunday evening) and not once stopping. We had to waive to catch their attention. Not once they checked if drinks were ok. Not once they offered a second round. Again, we had to call them to get the bill and leave. For the price you pay, it seems service is not included (although they add the service charge!). We will think twice to go back.

8/10The main reason for going was for the view which didn't disappoint. It was crowded and noisy so I was glad I had booked in advance. We had the burger which was good but not especially tasty and the fish and chips which I had and thought was excellent with very crispy batter which I like. The service was personal but a little slow which I should say wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, attentive staff. Food was very decent and fairly reasonably priced with great views over London. I would recommend that you take your significant other for a romantic dinner and drinks.

7/10Amazing views and cocktails. Some of the staff is extremely friendly and polite. Food is ok and meniu is v small- no salad or gluten free mains. We ordered 2 medium burgers, waiter repeated the meat order and both burgers came well done. We also celebrated a birthday; made a note and a restaurant forgot about it :)

3/10Initially seemed like a nice place, good view, decent cocktails, and uninteresting but unoffensive music. However, the service was some of the worst I've experienced in a bar/resturaunt. We'd requested a seat with a view in our booking, and unfortunately we didn't get that - not a big problem for us but we asked politely when ordering drinks if we could move to one if/when it came available. The response was rude and unprofessional, and we were incorrectly told we did not make such a request - we were told to speak to the front of house. It was clear that other customers were simply taking seats when they wanted and that there was no system really in place. Perhaps we should have done the same, but we decided to ask the front of house if it was possible and were again rudely shut down. Even without this, the service was very poor. We waited 20-30 minutes to be served and another 30 to actually receive our drinks. This happened twice meaning that despite running over out 2h slot and still only managed to get 2 rounds of drinks. Perhaps we were just the unlucky ones, but I would actively recommend against this bar to friends and family - just try a different rooftop bar instead.

9/10An amazing atmosphere and great cocktails. The view from the 38^ floor is stunning. The food…. not as much (we had the burger, that came with a dry and stiff bacon - wrong quality choice if you want to have a crunchy bacon). I’d go back just for the experience and the drinks.

6.5/10This is not a cheap place. Minimum for a bottle of wine is 40 and it was served warm. They only added some water to the ice after we pointed out it wasn’t chilled but it didn’t help much. I wasn’t satisfied to pay full price for it. Bar food menu is very limited but food was okaaay. Service and views were great.

4/10we have been seated on a very tiny table without the view. As soon as customers left a table next to the window, I have requested the waitress for a table change, but my request was declined with an explanation, that the other table was ''reserved''. We have also ''reserved ''our table and received a very bad seating area. Instead of ordering food and staying there we have left. Further to this, once in a hotel room , we have received a call from the bar asking if we will attend our booking . I had to explain that we have already been in the bar, our booking was checked by the greeting person and we have already left . Terrible service, would not recommend to any of my friends and family.

6.5/10We booked for NY's Eve as we were staying also in the hotel. I am really disappointed. As the price for the evening was quite high, I was expecting some real party, nice and vibe music, even live music, some themed party and dancing. They haven't prepared anything, the DJ was terrible, music was random and there were only few people dancing. Beside the beautiful view from top, there was nothing special. Cocktails were not amazing.

6/10Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the food menu was limited. We sat on high tables next to the bar. Usually amazing views from this venue in the restaurant on a sunny day with a bottomless brunch. Today was a grey day and the restaurant was closed.

10/10Nice cocktails and great view of London skyline. Good service as well. We had a nice evening and will potentially come back again. Somewhat confusing to find - so some signage on the ground floor outside would be good.
