7/10This is my second time here and I enjoyed the first far more. The portions have gotten smaller and some of the food was more of a miss - like the tiramisu was really runny and the smoked salmon tasted off.

8.5/10The service staff was excellent. They were very attentive and gave good suggestions as to what to choose from the menu. Most of the food choices were excellent except for the sandwiches, the bread weren't soft, perhaps we left them exposed for too long as we were enjoying the ambience and chatting away 😝.

6.5/10It was an okay afternoon tea experience but not the best I’ve had. The portions were on the small size, and the quantity not as generous as I’m used to. Also my scones and deserts items had started to sweat by the time it got to my table, so not sure if the scones were microwaved.

8/10Lovely place and easy to find in the hotel. Elegant, quiet and sophisticated vibe without being pretentious. They do not rush you but you do have two hours and the courses run smoothly. I really did miss not having the traditional whipped cream. And, in my opinion, the scones were quite dry. Overall, great experience.

2.5/10Very poor. They served old bread in sandwiches and quality was so poor. Cheap and not tasty. Very disappointing..

10/10We were almost 30mins late due to travel issues and had called enroute to let them know we would be delayed to which they said there should be no problem. When we arrived were greeted warmly and swiftly shown to our seat. Vivek then took very personalised care of us through the duration of our visit. The food was delicious and the serving of food well paced. We were checked on regularly and staff were genuinely interested in how we were finding everything spanning the food and service. Would highly recommend!
