2/10Between a party of 2 there was only a single palatable dish. We then had to wait nearly an hour to be served stale sandwiches. Unfortunately the interior was lacklustre having more in common with a local belting than a teahouse. To add the cherry on top, we were overcharged. To anyone reading, spend the extra money to go to a proper afternoon tea experience.

9/10The dishes were not properly washed. When asked to change a dirty cup, it was simply wiped and returned. Food was good.

This is my fifth visit to the Tea Room and the experience has remained unforgettable. A relaxing and comfort setting with a team of nice, friendly and helpful staff members with smiles at all time. My special thanks to the Manager who has offered detailed explanation to my guest and looked after our needs, and also to Lucky and Herra for their attentive services. The beef short ribs, corn fed chicken etc are well seasoned and perfectly cooked and presented. The pastries are perfect and I love the strawberry tart. My choice of tea is Darjeeling tea and here they of course serve loose leaf tea. Look forward to having my sixth visit.

10/10The Bond Street Tea Room was really lovely. This is only the second tea that I had, so I don't have vast experience. The food was very fresh, and there was a nice selection. No one in my family eats salmon and making a substitute wasn't an issue. I am gluten sensitive and the staff was extremely accommodating and there were gluten free options. I can speak to whether it is appropriate for someone with celiac disease but it was perfect for me. There were multiple tea selections as well. I think it was a perfect choice as the room was very nice, warm and inviting without being too formal. It was also very reasonable priced. The staff was wonderful which is crucial as what good is a perfect meal with less than hospitable staff? I highly recommend it!

7/10This is my second time here and I enjoyed the first far more. The portions have gotten smaller and some of the food was more of a miss - like the tiramisu was really runny and the smoked salmon tasted off.

8.5/10The service staff was excellent. They were very attentive and gave good suggestions as to what to choose from the menu. Most of the food choices were excellent except for the sandwiches, the bread weren't soft, perhaps we left them exposed for too long as we were enjoying the ambience and chatting away 😝.

6.5/10It was an okay afternoon tea experience but not the best I’ve had. The portions were on the small size, and the quantity not as generous as I’m used to. Also my scones and deserts items had started to sweat by the time it got to my table, so not sure if the scones were microwaved.

8/10Lovely place and easy to find in the hotel. Elegant, quiet and sophisticated vibe without being pretentious. They do not rush you but you do have two hours and the courses run smoothly. I really did miss not having the traditional whipped cream. And, in my opinion, the scones were quite dry. Overall, great experience.

10/10We were almost 30mins late due to travel issues and had called enroute to let them know we would be delayed to which they said there should be no problem. When we arrived were greeted warmly and swiftly shown to our seat. Vivek then took very personalised care of us through the duration of our visit. The food was delicious and the serving of food well paced. We were checked on regularly and staff were genuinely interested in how we were finding everything spanning the food and service. Would highly recommend!

6/10Very small portions and you only get a two tiny sandwiches, of which one was dry and seemed it had been out in the air for a while. 4 sandwiches would have been better. They scones didn't come with any cream or jam and they where meant to be different flavours but to me they just tasted like a normal scones. I would venture else where.
