I sat in front of the open cuisine able to see the Chef and how wonders happen. This already put me in the vibrant and creative atmosphere. Service is professionnal, warm and caring. The revisited Haggis was succulent. A must place to eat and drink with the best of Scotland’s dishes !

Small menu but everything on it is made beautifully and with an interesting twist. We had the monkfish (yum!) and duck breast for mains, absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The lobster was slightly inconsistent (some slightly over some slightly under) but I would absolutely order again. Took one star off service as the pause between courses was much longer than expected - 20 min after mains to ask what we wanted for pudding. The restaurant is small and has lovely staff, just need to work out the timings.

Delicious and creative food in a comfortable setting. The staff is warm and welcoming, providing helpful advice on the wines and menu and looking after all your needs. If I lived closer, Brett would be a regular haunt but I look forward to returning next time I'm in Glasgow.

Sitting at the counter we really enjoyed the theatre of the chefs working away right in front of us. A brilliant show with the plus of totally delicious food. Truly memorable. The whole performance was reminiscent of the drawings and painting I saw in a studio show in London by artist Johnny Dewe Mathews, after he had spent several weeks recording the work of the chefs in the kitchen of the Connaught Grill in Mayfair.

Simply outstanding! I’m a bit of a foodie but my partner is more at the beginning of her journey so I booked a seat at the pass and wow, what an experience it was! The head chef was away on holiday so we were in the very able hands of the two sous chefs as well as the rest of the wonderful team. The chefs, sommelier and waiting staff provided a real interactive experience explaining all the courses and paired wines. Just a fabulous way to dine and the flavours were outstanding. Can’t thank the Brett team enough for what was a simply wonderful evening!

Classy interesting food, though a bit heavy handed on salt. Service was almost too much - very chatty, loads of information given even when not looked for. Seated at bar meant even the chefs wanted to chat.

Brett was wonderful today, we were sat at the bar and we could see and hear everything happening in the kitchen, the kitchen lead chatted to us a little which was exciting and lovely. All of the food was brilliant, the best I’ve had in Glasgow/anywhere. Highlights included the clams and chicken wings, the beef and asparagus. My fiancee enjoyed the margarita and espresso martini, I went to chocolate heaven with the dessert. The only thing I wouldn’t order again was the herbal mocktail which tasted like lime cordial and soda water. Overall 9.5/10, relaxed and fancy, high quality, a great experience.

The ambiance is trendy and the place is quite what is a rare value around. The food is inventive and delicious. I highly recommend this place. The staff is young but really professional and cautious.
