6/10The food was nice but not worth what was charged and the restaurant was so cold don't normally have to sit with our coats on to eat dinner Wouldn't rush back

2.5/10Room was cold No gluten free afternoon tea pre booked as email stated Gluten free bread terrible and dry No scone for gluten free or cake ready but bits of pudding off main menu. Both very upset after long drive to get to you! Left hungry and very very disappointed The took a but off price but we shouldn’t of paid and especially for gluten free meal

10/10We enjoyed the afternoon tea, which offered an excellent selection at a very reasonable price. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, enhancing the overall experience.

10/10An attractive venue with cocktail bar and dining area on the ground floor and upper floor dining area with balcony overlooking the bar below. Great menu choices for food and drinks with specialty cocktails too. The staff were all really friendly and willing to help. Lauren was especially helpful and a credit to this establishment.

7.5/10Nicely decorated restaurant friendly waiting staff. Food was disappointing scallop starter not very flavourful and fish pie contained one scallop and one prawn the rest was salmon so more of a salmon pie

2/10I took my wife to Bath Christmas Market for her birthday. We agreed we would go somewhere nice for lunch. We are both on a fixed income being pensioners, and we saw they had a lunch menu @£18.95 each. Reasonable for lunch and upscale enough for us to consider it a bit special. Booked my table for yesterday at 12.30. With the online booking, they ask you to confirm the menu you want and they then confirm. I could not complete the booking without picking a menu and chose the lunch one. Turned up to be told that the lunch menu was no longer available but replaced by a Festive Menu at £33 each. This was despite the restaurant sending an email 6 hours previously confirming the menu I had chosen. We could have afforded to eat off the festive or main menu but were disinclined because we consider this to be very sharp practice and, if we wanted to pay nearly £80 for lunch with drinks, we would have gone somewhere better. Why give the option of the menu when booking, confirming that it was available 6 hours prior to the visit and then make it unavailable? They knew we were coming on that day. Very disappointed in our treatment

4.5/10I was looking forward to eating here but was disappointed from the beginning, I had booked a table for 2 around 3 weeks before the actual date and was very surprised that we were offered a table sitting almost in the entrance way, I expect this if I were a walk-in . I had the chicken kebab with pickled vegetables to start, the chicken was very dry and the vegetables tasted like they were pickled in water, no taste at all. Main course was a mediocre pork belly. I can’t say how my guest meal was as the outing was a gift from me she was too polite to make a comment, will I be returning no.

10/10Had a lovely time with friends at Browns in Bath. The food was really good but our experience was made by the friendliest and most helpful waitress, Yee Lin. Would go back just to see her!

4.5/10Our server was lovely. There was little ambiance. The starters weren’t great and arrived fast after which we had a really long wait for our main which was just ok. The lights over the bar were filthy. We were disappointed and surprised that Browns was not better. Disappointed.

Not scored as excellent as bread starter was not great; but when we raised it, we were offered replacement or removal from the bill - so couldn’t really ask for more - maybe I’ve been a bit unfair… Thank you team

7/10The service was excellent but the food was not as good as when previously visited whilst still above average the quality is not there the steaks were ok but the pork belly portion was tiny. The ambiance and location are excellent and the staff amazing but the portion size was definitely on the mean side

9.5/10Absolutely beautiful restaurant, seated and served quickly. Food was absolutely amazing 10/10. My only remark would be it was too rushed, i wanted a chilled relaxing evening my evening meal cost £83 ( 2 mains, 2 desserts and 2 drinks) and we where basically out the door in 1 hour! not only that we left a tip but once we checked our receipt when we left we were charged a gratuity fee!

10/10The food was fantastic - the prawn linguine was exceptional! The staff were very friendly and inviting, the door staff greeted us with a smile and was very cheery and the last who served us, Yee Lin was so bubbly and kind. Thank you for a lovely meal.

10/10Although the menu has been reduced because of eating outside, it was obvious that care and attention had been taken as all the food was delicious. Likewise, the service was efficient and done with care - I like the atmosphere and everyone else there seemed to be having a good time!

2/10Considering it was the first day back after such a long closure, you’d have thought they would have had the equipment serviced and made sure the staff were properly trained. Shockingly bad for a relaunch. I’ll not bother going again if this is the best they can do.

3.8/10Very awful service we had and rushed throughout the experience. 35 minutes to eat starters mains and a drink as kitchen was closing. I complained to the manager.
