10/10I came to this restaurant for the first time yesterday evening with five international clients. We all enjoyed the food which was very good, though the main beetroot and feta salad could have been bigger. We had excellent service from our waiter (originally from South Africa). He was very efficient, polite and helpful when we had a special request regarding our receipts. Thanks for a very nice experience! I'll definitely be back.

9/10I went for a ladies catch-up lunch Sunday roast. Very casual, easy, relaxed atmosphere. Great friendly staff and speedy service. Excellent.

4.5/10I visited this restaurant after a nice evening out. So you can imagine I was extremely hungry when I reached there! The first thing I didn’t like was that we were put in a corner away from other tables. I know I should’ve complained but I realised it a bit too late. I ordered the crabmeat linguine. This arrived late and was cold. I returned it only to get the same dish with less crabmeat and absolutely lacking in taste. It was clear to me that the chef was not in a good mood. I then ordered the chicken schnitzel a much better dish, but nothing special. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the glass of wine I ordered was very good. I will not be coming to Brown brasserie at any of its branches again. In times of inflation and working hard for my money, makes it more disappointing. None of the staff looked engaged!

9.5/10Great afternoon with good food and views of the Thames. Attentive service. Only complaint is I was unable to edit booking. Originally it was for three but I had to call the restaurant to change it to five persons. can an edit feature be added to app?

6.5/10We had lunch here today. The starter and dessert were fine but the Chicken Salad Nicoise was very sad looking and tasted of not very much at all. The lettuce didn’t seem fresh. The service was initially good then seemed to worsen as they got busier. There’s a lot of competition along Butler’s Wharf so we’ll try another restaurant next time.

8/10Lovely setting friendly staff. Our food was good but the linguine was a bit flavourless. The chef made my fussy child a sauce for his pasta and this was much appreciated. Burger and desserts were great.

6.5/10Service was pretty long and poor … Issue with gas supply in the kitchen which our waiter didn’t explain to us - just had us waiting forever for food - had to ask what was happening to be told about the issues … Manager however issued us with a 25% discount and two free drinks ???????????????????????? would revisit as the food was on point - just hope the service is better next time

9.5/10Right from the welcoming start our experience was very enjoyable indeed. I had asked for a table with a lovely view and we were looking onto the Thames. Our food was well presented and very tasty indeed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Browns to others.

8/10A very nice establishment in a beautiful location overlooking the River Thames and Tower Bridge. Food is great, with a good menu choice and attentive service. It’s a regular of ours and we’ll return again.

8/10Waitress was always available when we needed her, but not always asking was everything okay, just the right balance. Food was good. Booked through The Fork, had confirmation email from both the restaurant and The Fork, had 3 text reminders from restaurant etc and they had no record of the reservation. Not an issue as not busy but could have been.
