5/10Food was very poor, tasteless. Steak was over cooked, poorly seasoned and no sides or sauce apart from a very bitter garlic butter. Mash with fish pie was cold. Duck starter was so overcooked and just tasteless. Very very poor food. Was not asked at end of meal for feedback as I would have told them exactly.

3/10Lovely furnishings that’s were it ends service was disappointing we sat at our table for 25 mins before being asked what we wanted to drink another 3 waiters came to the table and we ordered again 3 times in the end I stopped one of the waiters and complained got an apology and our drink were delivered spilling half a bottle of cola on the table floor and my guest. We persevered our food came for the price sparse chicken fry chips cold my pasta cold and I found three prawns no sign of crab! Toilets disgusting and should be checked more often dirty tissues blocking sink toilet pan dirty used tissue on the floor. Overall a terrible experience I have eaten in Browns restaurants in Edinburgh md Glasgow previously and really enjoyed the experience this Liverpool one needs better management will not be going to the Liverpool one again very disappointing.

8/10For starters we ordered a whole sourdough loaf £8. It was most definitely NOT sourdough more like a plane normal large bap! Kids burger and fish and chips were both enjoyed as well as the mains of chicken and leek pie and fish and chips but the fish was covered with too much salt.

10/10Lovely experience although the restaurant had run out of sirloin steak by 7pm on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was not busy. Some patrons left as there was no steak left. Poor planning by the kitchen which was unfortunate.

2/10We booked a table in advance and we’re taken upstairs where there was no ambience and we were forgotten about by the waiting staff- we went to get them to take the order and then to chase up the drinks, then the food and to clear away. The food was overcooked (we asked for medium rare and it came out black) and other tables were complaining- maybe just a bad night or a bad table

5/10Lots of choices not available (lamb, venison special and cod!!!). Ordered the 12 oz sirloin, got the 7oz fillet. Ate it and left as service was chaotic.

This visit was a birthday celebration for my husband, and we couldn’t have asked for more Service, food, seating was 100% We have booked for another birthday celebration in June and I’m hoping that it will be the same :)

10/10Our 1st visit to Brown's Brasserie and we were delighted with both the food and the service. Our waiter, Gary, was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Would definitely return.

8/10Friendly staff. Afternoon Tea - lovely fresh bread on the sandwiches. Moist Victoria sponge. Tasty chocolate mousse. Just enough food to fill you up without overeating.

10/10Second time at this restaurant. I absolutely love it. It has a touch of class. The staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble for them. Great atmosphere and food was amazing. 7/10The original Browns in Oxford was a vibrant, buzzing place. This outlet was almost deadly. This may have been because of the Euros being on when we visited. Food good but what happened to the milk shakes? No longer on menu. Crying shame

2.5/10Awful food, cold, badly prepared, frozen and completely over priced. Told what do you expect? Worse meal we have ever had. I appreciate tough times, but charge high prices, deliver on expectations. Birthday celebration was a disaster.
