9/10Six of us were celebrating a birthday and we were very well looked after from arrival to departure. The service was excellent and we were cossetted by Mikhail our waiter whose jovial observations made the visit memorable. The ambience is very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

6/10Very disappointing ambiance for a Valentine evening. The live piano and vocals were extremely loud and choice of songs (rock and pop) not suitable for a romantic dinner. Regretfully the singer was not very good either and pelted out the songs with a bit too much gusto! It was difficult to have a conversation with my partner. Acoustics in the upstairs dining area are not very good (loud, echo). Table for 2 was small to accommodate drinks and plates, chair not very comfortable. Food was good in quality, presentation, temperature and quantity but it was overpriced compared to other brasseries and for this overall dining experience.

8.5/10Nice welcome by staff, attentive service but not rushed which suited us. Big menu, lovely food and good location. Plenty of room between tables which was nice too

6.5/10The food was very good, however they are under staffed and it took 30 mins to get a drink and place the order. We would have liked to have a drink and a chat and then order. A nice family evening in a nice setting

8.5/10The food was amazing but sadly the service was not! I would think that they had a shortage of staff - at least I hope so. We had to chase up staff to order drinks and food and then the bill. Spoilt an otherwise lovely time.

2/10Browns has always been one of my favourite places to go but sadly our experience today was terrible. Firstly their was very little choice left on the menu, we chose the burgers and to say greasy is an understatement, there was little to no flavour, the grease making the bread soggy and inedible. The waitress was pleasant and apologised but we also had to tell her that the toilets were filthy and disgusting. She explained that they had been very busy but this should not be an excuse, more staff needed certainly at these busier times in Windsor .

7.5/10Good restaurant on the river bank in Windsor. Also has a separate bar. Food a little pricey but good and given the position of the restaurant understandable. Would visit again and recommended.

4/10The Sunday roast was shocking the potatoes were like they were made a few days ago and the beef was chewy. Disappointing. Service was slow but the manager did the best that she could do to accommodate us.

6/10Booked afternoon tea for friends birthday. Place was very ery loud and very busy which presented in poor customer service. I.e. no place settings on table to start with, had to ask for crockery and cutlery more than once even after food had arrived. Staff did not seem to make clearing of tables a priority and could be heard complaining openly about workload.

5.5/10Watery cocktails, sticky tables and a butternut squash curry with about four sugar lump size bits of squash in it. This was one of those meals where you just want to pay the bills and go. And then realising that 100 metres away you could have gone to a Cote and had their routinely great food.

10/10A lovely meal with great company the service was professional and attentive. The food was delicious and innovative though we couldn't sit outside due to the weather our table was well situated. Only observation the chair backs were not comfortable.

5/10Setting was nice. However across four people and four mains, three starters it was all disappointing. This ranged from distinctly average, the ravioli, to the lamb duo, the rump fatty, gravy sent back to be heated, no mint sauce available. Nice cocktails only thing that saved this from an official complaint at the time, although we did feed back to the kitchen on the quality of the lamb.
