7.5/10Overall the experience was very pleasant and the service was amazing, however the 'signature' beef beefburger was disappointing and the fries could've been from Five Guys.

9.5/10Despite having had an electrical issue that morning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I have the lunchtime set menu and it was delicious and good value for money. Can’t fault the service.

6/10Food good service good restaurant was freezing with some diners eating in their coats Roof is some sort of plastic and heaters inadequate Even though food service was good would not return until temp hits 20c Polar bears will be ok though This ruined the dining experience

5.5/10was my laughters 18th bday which I added to the reservation as a special occasion and not one member of staff picked up on this. My daughter ordered a sirloin steak and then changed her mind to rump and wax served sirloin. The food was in my opinion disappointing. Stafff did not offer condiments and had to ask twice for them. Given these factors I would say the service charge of £20 did not reflect the level of attention to detail I would expect.

10/10Our waiter was amazing after a misunderstanding that we had to pre select our Christmas meal ( which wasn’t at all obvious on web site or literature) ..he organised the Christmas special for our party of 6 in spite of all this … & his attentive service meant we will certainly be back. The food was outstanding and so much of it we were sadly unable to eat it all & he even offered to ‘bag up’ the remaining delicious steak!

10/10I am so glad we decided to visit this restaurant for my daughter's birthday, not only the atmosphere was great, but the care of every single member of staff and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service tends to be awful. The food was fantastic, well cooked and served timely even with a full restaurant. The meat in particular was gorgeous (I am sure the cows that were involved are happy that it was treated with respect). The price also was very much appropriate, even cheap for this level of quality and service so I will encourage anyone that really enjoys meat to visit, you will be delighted like we were. Thank you and I will make sure we visit again, even if we needed 1 hour to get there by car, well worth it.

6.5/10The service was slow, didn’t take drinks order on arrival, bottle of wine didn’t arrive. Wasn’t that busy so not sure what the issue was, just felt they weren’t attentive to us. The food was good but not amazing, not sure I’d return.

9/10This was a really good experience and this is why it remains one of my favourite restaurants. It was a very busy Saturday night with the waiting staff extremely busy which resulted in some slow service at times but nothing too bad. Again being so busy, the noise level was a little challengingWill look forward to our next visit probably early in the new year.
