Valeria has been fantastic to help book the perfect spot within the venue for my partner's birthday surprise party. She also have been from great advice alcohol wise and patient with our numerous guest. More generally the Bao over there are amazing so I'll definitely come back and want to thank both of the kitchen team and the bar/floor team. The only thing to improve will be to actually answer the phone and a better email gestion for booking confirmation/follow up with it. I do reckon having additional people on the mission can be wise. Apart from that, splendid experience !!!

Me and my wife ordered food and we asked the waiter what was gluten free as my wife is a celiac and when the food came her food had a sauce that had gluten in…. They didn’t even offer to take it off the bill terrible customer service on top of nearly poisoning my wife.
