3/10Food was fine, but service was below average, and they make you order a main each, even if you are two people ordering a drink each and a sharer plate? Wildly overpriced and I have no need to go back

8.5/10Perfect lunch and perfect wine list, excellent service as ever, host however for some unknown reason put us as no show but when went back to the restaurant to complain, host immediately acknowledged his mistake and fixed it.

9/10Really nice setting. The service was smooth. There is an interesting range of options. I would only say that what we ordered was a bit too salty for my taste but enjoyed the meal overall.

8/10We were greeted and seated promptly with a smile, by the host. However as soon as our waiter arrived to take our order there was no smile or joy in his mannerisms. Saying that the food is always good here hence why I come back time and time again.

6.5/10It was very cold and the service was slow. We also didn’t know who our server was as anyone seemed to take an order or bring the food and nobody asked us about the meal or whether we wanted desert etc. The food was good when it came though!

10/10The food! Was simply sensational - the waiter was attentive and helpful. Best food I’ve had in a while and I love to cook! Best chicken satay ever and the prawn buns…😋😋😋 - Already dreaming of the next visit :-)

10/10I like the location of the restaurant in the centre of Covent Garden. I enjoyed the fusion of different Asian foods. The flavours were delicious. My daughter and I enjoyed our visit.

4.5/10The people were very nice. It took a long time for anyone to offer drinks or food. Our starter and one main came first and then it was quite a while until my main came. Felt like I was in wagamamas! The chilli beef was disappointing. 15% service felt like it was taking the Mick. I was on crutches and used their disabled toilet which was disgusting and all blocked.

5/10The host and server who took our order were nice. The server who gave us our food and bill was just sour-faced and made us feel unwelcome. The buns were good, the other stuff was just fine. The prices were insane, very poor value. I won't be back. Servers kept walking into my chair and one male server kept stopping to check himself out in the mirrored wall to the point that it halted our conversation several times because it was so funny and ridiculous.

5.5/10The portions were small for the price. Basic buns too for extreme prices. Service was average, we didn’t get asked how our meals were but got charged a 15% service charge! For what we got it was very, very overpriced.

4.5/10Poor service, was my mothers birthday and despite informing staff and bringing a cake they just left it at the table with very little effort or excitment or professionalism. Food was overpriced and waitress' looked bored. Issue with the card machine so i paid twice which i am trying to claim back.

6/10Food was tasty enough, but totally overpriced for what it is- you can get a much more filling and nicer meal for half the cost elsewhere. It also isn't a nice enough restaurant to justify charging so much for such basic food. There is also a rather high 15% service charge automatically added to the bill (bear in mind that this usually isn't tips for staff)- you can ask to remove it, but it's extra awkwardness to overcome.

5.5/10The bao buns are tasty, the main plates were OK. Overall, the service was slow. We had to ask for cutlery (it was not already offered). Somebody was singing outside the restaurant. The sound was too loud, we barely heard each other.

6.5/10We went out for a birthday meal and found the chilli beef extremely salty. The prawn buns were also overloaded with far too much salt in their recipes. If the restaurant reduced the salt in their foods, I would give them a 5 star.

10/10Never disappoints. I always come here with my daughter when we are having a west end shop. Food is delicious and lovely buzzy atmosphere. Wish they would bring back some of the menu that has disappeared as miss some of the sdishes

8.5/10Server could have paid attention to the customer. Waited 30 mins for a top up that never came and had to go to bar myself. It was the same case trying to order and getting the bill.

4.5/10The service seems to need some recalibration. The servers do not seem to have an understanding of the food or drinks. For example, when I asked how one of the wines tasted the server seemed confused by the question simply saying it was from France. Also when the servers delivered food to the table they would simply put it down wherever. When I asked for a glass of water the server came back and put the glass in front of another person in our party. Overall the service really detracts from the experience. It wasn’t terrible but it was the worst service we encountered over 5 days dining out in London. The food was fine and space is nice but I wouldn’t recommend the place overall.

8/10We always call here when in London. Food always good. I didn’t look at the price of the chips which previously had been a small size so when they arrived very over facing as the bowl was huge Can’t fault the food and service , just need the read the menu better

We came for the steamed buns! They were SO GOOD. We got a variety so that we could try a few. If we’d been in London longer we would’ve gone back! I enjoyed these buns as much as the ones I had at Momofuku in NYC.
